Apartment "Emerald Top in Old Town by Sea" with Air Conditioning & Wi-Fi

The Emerald Top" apartment is located in Alghero in the old town and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is a duplex with mezzanine and consists of two communicating flats, each distributed on 2 levels, with separate entrances but with main entrance and security door in common.

It is located in the historic centre of Alghero, a few steps from the sea and the ramparts from which you can admire the scenery of Capo Caccia. The structure has retained the charm of the past thanks to a non-invasive restructuring work, which has left intact the original architectural styles, exposed stone and wooden beams.

Here you can stroll through the streets of the historic centre, among the arches, towers and squares, and visit the handicraft shops and try the numerous typical restaurants. The beautiful beaches, such as Bombarde and Lazzaretto, are in the immediate vicinity and form a backdrop.

The flat consists of a hall, living room, two well-equipped kitchens with two dishwashers, two bedrooms and two bathrooms; it can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. Additional facilities include air-conditioning in the halls and bedrooms, Wi-Fi, two washing machines, two dishwashers, two irons, two hairdryers and two TVs. A cot and high chair are also available on request.

The beautiful beach of Lido is 15 minutes walking distance. You will also find a beautiful flat rocky cove 3 minutes walk away, with a small bathing establishment and a bar. The historic centre is a restricted traffic zone but you can easily reach the flat from Piazza di Porta Terra, where you will have to stop your car, in less than a minute on foot. The bus stop with connections to and from Alghero airport, beaches and nearby villages is close to the flat and the port from which you can leave for excursions to the island of Asinara or the Caves of Neptune is a few steps away. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
