Great home!

House was amazing, super cozy and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything you needed, they had board games, tons of pet friendly items (though we had no pets), so many towels and linens. It was so nice.

Great location near Lakeside Sports Center/pool. Passes were easily located and a piece of cake to use. House is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Nice deck with gas grill. Highly recommend. Easy check-in/check-out.

Great place in Redmond

We really enjoyed our time at Eagle Crest. The amenities were great and it was close to Bend and downtown Redmond. We’ll definitely come back.

The property was very clean and there was plenty of room for our family. Communication with the property management was impossible. VRBO is always very easy to work with, but after booking, I realized the property management is Vacasa and they did not respond to any of my messages or calls. VRBO tried calling for me as well and there was no response. The description of the property also makes you believe that there's a hot tub in the property and there's not one. You have to drive about 7 miles to get to the pool and hot tub. The barbecue needs to be replaced as it's old and takes a very long time to cook food. We made it work and were pretty happy with the cleanliness of the house, just probably wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Quiet neighborhood

We loved this home, the layout was wonderful and is a great fit for a family gathering with many places for sleeping. Tall ceilings and homey kitchen/fireplace with a beautiful big deck. The master bedroom and bathroom were delightful and large. Beds are comfortable all except the pull out couch, very old and can feel the springs in mattress, needs updating. Listing makes it seem like there is a hot tub, there is not.

Vacation place

This is a very nice place for a family to have a get away in a peaceful setting. However, it is best for 6 people rather than 8. The sofa bed is not usable as such. Hopefully they will replace the bed spreads and purchase a new easy to use grill. While the kitchen is functional, it is very basic at best.

A lovely and clean house

The house is nice and clean. I love the swing and the outside table to enjoy the summer. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Eagle Crest Village. A very nice neighborhood. A beautiful deer visited our backyard too.

Overall very nice but some improvements needed.

For the price, we were disappointed that upstairs bedroom comforter was not clean (stains and crumbs on top). Carpet stains were distracting. In addition, parking was confusing. Although not designated, the people in next door unit on one occasion parked in such a way to block 2 spaces, told us to move our car another time even though we were parked in front of our unit, cursed at one of my guests claiming she’d parked over the line (she took picture of cars which clearly shows she was parked within lines). The neighbors had California license plates. I realize VRBO has no control of other guests’ actions, but this made for an unpleasant experience for us. For your part, the only improvement needed is more attention to cleanliness especially bedding for this unit.

Eagle Crest seems to be a fabulous resort. The home was very comfortable, the golf courses and pool were awesome, and the deer wandering around were a great experience. The type of place you can vision retiring too!

great home, just missing few things

The townhouse was very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean newer and it is within walking distance to the pool and tennis courts. Beautiful, quiet, location and one the walking/biking trails is right behind the house. There were a couple of minor things missing. Eagle crest is a very large property and it would have been nice to know what facilities were available to use and where they were. We weren’t informed of how to get our guest passes. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. There also always no glass turning plate in the microwave. It was simply missing. This made it tricky to use it for anything larger that a coffee cup. The house says it sleeps 8, which it technically does but one if the bedrooms and the pull out couch are only double beds so it didn’t work very well for my tall adult children to share that size bed. Overall it was a lovely house.

Great weekend

Great weekend with old friends, rode bikes, walked the neighborhood, hiked to Cline Falls State Park, used the swimming pool, golfed the Resort course, used the Ridge driving range, went in to Redmond. All very nice.

Great Home!!!!

This rental was wonderful! Even though it was a condo in a building with four units, it felt private and serene. Never heard the other guests at all! The home was immaculate and breathtaking. Had plenty of room for our family of seven without ever feeling crowded. Will definitely look for this one next time we visit Central Oregon!

Wonderful Eagle Crest spot to enjoy Central Oregon

Work brought 3 coworkers to Redmond for a long weekend. This was the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and prep meals. The space was perfect for 3 adults to enjoy separate sleeping spaces in comfortable beds with plenty of room. The home was very spacious for a townhome.

Great Eagle Crest home

Although this was a townhome, it was very spacious and a perfect home for 3 separate adults. All beds were large and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and prepping meals. Living space was comfortable, cozy with the fireplace and large windows to view the scenery.
