The Space:

Discover the magic of the Oregon Coast from this modern, oceanfront gem. Teeming with thoughtful, high-end touches and designed with group comfort in mind, this four-bedroom stunner is sure to build lasting vacation memories. Just an easy drive from renowned, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, enjoy a peaceful dune-front location offering sweeping views of Haystack Rock and the ocean. Upper and lower level decks allow guests to take full advantage of ocean air and views. Make the most of blue sky days with a coastal barbecue using the private gas grill.



The gorgeous, two-level interior is tastefully appointed with a bright, modern design and equipped with luxury additions including adjustable, radiant floor-heat throughout. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen showcases a sleek array of stainless steel appliances, including a DACOR range/oven. A large pantry offers plenty of storage and the island breakfast bar seats four. Full meals can be enjoyed at the eight-person dining table.



After days of adventure, unwind with the 72 inch UHD Television in the living room. With all major streaming capabilities plus premium cable subscription, there should be no trouble finding something to watch. Or, connect a music device to the wireless sound bar and groove out with your favorite tunes while enjoying a family game night with one of the available board games. The gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance and warmth through chilly weather. A sunny, in-home fitness studio comes equipped with a treadmill* and yoga mat.



All bedrooms are ocean-facing, with panoramic views available from the living room and three of the four bedrooms. The Pacific Ocean can be heard from all bedrooms and living areas. Two full bathrooms feature spa showers and rain-style shower heads with a deep, jetted soaking tub in the primary bathroom.

The house has been updated with many nice features. The views of the beach to the south are great. Communication with the host was difficult. We were texted the house was ready for check in and had the correct code but it didn't work for an hour and there was no response to texts or emails. The second day we were there a septic repair was scheduled to deal with an ongoing problem giving us only 40 minutes notice. Since they had to enter through the house and garage we had to stay home with the repairman for four hours in the middle of the day. We had to request check out instructions at 5 pm on the last night. We got no response to a text so called. We got one set of instructions on the call, a different set two hours later and another set the next morning. We would not rent from this host again.

Great Beach House

We had a great stay on the beach in this lovely home. The house was clean and comfortable. There was everything you could need for cooking with the whole family and easy access to the beach.

House was very nice. View was outstanding with easy access to a pristine beach. Kitchen was great (we didn’t use it but it was very well appointed). Only real drawback was the driveway was steep which was a bit of an issue for the hitch on our truck but we were able to angle in backwards and make it work. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home in Bandon

Great location, ocean views, wonderful main floor kitchen and entertaining area. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen has everything that you would need, easy beach access. Brilliant spot.

Beautiful Location

The home is as pictured on line. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. The view is fantastic and changes with the clouds. Beach access is next to the house and well worth the walk down the path. Had a great stay!

The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of extras compared to normal rentals. And all rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Beds are VERY comfortable!The listing looks like you can walk directly to the beach but you must go to the road and over one lot to a very well maintained path to the beach (which is incredible)
