The Space:

With two outdoor heated pools and three shared hot tubs, this lovely Seventh Mountain Resort condo is ready to give your family the vacation you've been waiting for. Inside, the home is bright and spacious with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a private balcony with lovely tree views. The full kitchen is waiting for the family chef with gorgeous stainless steel appliances, cookware, and lots of counter space. The breakfast bar enjoys barstool seating for three people, and you can serve people out on the balcony for an al-fresco meal with lots of delicious wine. You'll have a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. When you're not out enjoying the many outdoor activities, spend some time challenging your friends to games on the shared tennis and basketball courts or with some horseshoes and miniature golf.



What's nearby:

Plan a day trip to take the family on a horseback riding adventure with a tour through Central Oregon Trail Rides or Sunriver Trail Rides. Summer guests can visit Nate's Rogue Adventures, Sun Country Tours, and Seventh Mountain River Company to book a tour for some spectacular whitewater rafting your family will talk about for years. You can also find great hikes at Deschutes River Trail, five miles north, and Lava Island Trailhead, just two miles south. Best of all, endless biking and skiing adventures can be had at Mount Bachelor just 16 miles from your front door.

There was snow and then sun and the condo was very cute and decorated nicely. The only bad thing that stood out was their heat register. The fan was so loud we had to turn the tv volume way up and couldn’t sleep with it on. Larger comfy bed pillows would be nice too. Currently there’s two small twin pillows that are on the flat side. All in all great trip but I would definitely look into the jet engine sounding heating system.

Cute condo with tons of amenities!

This condo is well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The condo complex has lots of amenities such as mini golf, frisbee golf, outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, hot tubs, clubhouse, public barbecues. It’s a beautiful complex. Parking was plenty.

The Best!

I just love staying here and it was my second time - the restaurant wasn't open part of the time we were there, which was a bummer, and two of the hot tubs were not working, but it is still a wonderful place to relax.

Great stay!

Due to a water leak, pipe burst, freezing temps we were out of water at day Saturday and Vacasa found us a new condo in the same area and had keys in our hands within 30 minutes! So impressed by how fast and helpful they were and our second condo had amazing hot water.

Great place!

My sister and I came for a girls trip and it was perfect! Our flight got in late and per our request, had the Murphy bed set up for us already. It was a short stay but I can see us staying here on a longer trip next time - amenities and appliances were great to have. Thank you!

Well appointed and clean

Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Location is great, easy to get to Bend for groceries. Nice hiking paths from the resort. Loved the quiet dishwasher, I need one of those at home! Fireplace was great, we bought the presto logs from the front desk. Beautiful view from the deck, and the string of lights was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Horrible communication between resort, "manager"- who barged in on us, then complained that we were early, even though the front desk gave us keys and allowed us in, and the owner, who never reponded to our request for a late checkout. Would not recommend this place, even though the room is OK.

overall very nice

Check in guy at front desk made me wait fifteen minutes to check in because we were 15 minutes early. I came back 5 minutes later and another nice lady checked me in 10 minutes early. By the time we finished checking in it was 4pm anyway or later. That was a bit annoying after a long drive, but other than that we enjoyed the stay. The putt putt golf need a complete overhaul.

Our stay

When we arrived at the establishment the staff was friendly. They had no record of our reservation. Vrbo and Vacasa had not forwarded the information. Of course I had been charged. It eventually worked out. But not as easy as it should have been. Poor form in my opinion.

Nice condo/resort but in need of better maintenance.

We stay at that resort almost every winter and we were surprised at the condition of the facilities - broken tiles, one jacuzzi not working while the other one was lukewarm, card reader had stopped working at one entrance and then the second entrance broke down. And all this during winter break... The condo itself is nice but communications with Vacasa were a challenge - we had paid for late check-out but on our last day, we had to walk to the reception and back in our wet bathing suites because our room key had stopped working at 10am.

Been staying at 7th Mt since 1974

Great proximity to Bachelor in the winter and Deschutes River trailhead is steps away. Close to town while quiet. Have stayed at Worldmark and this unit was so much nicer. Will stay agaib

Nice facility

The facility is top notch. There was free mini golf, 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, and a community center for all to use. The room was nice and the pull down bed made for a nice place to sleep. Bend is a great town and this is a place to stay where you can explore the city.

Everything was great! I was there for work but still had fun. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The condo was very nice and cozy but needs a better bed. The restaurant outfitters needs a better menu and more polite staff.

Quiet, clean and relaxing

I travel to Bend regularly for work. I prefer to cook my own meals and having a full kitchen is fabulous. Price was reasonable. I was definitely able to relax after working all day.

As good as it looks!

This condo is just as it appears in the photos - clean, light, comfortable. Bed is great, showers are great. Kitchen is really equipped and you can cook whole meals. Balcony is lovely and we enjoyed walking down to the Deschutes and hiking along for as far as we wished. Beautiful!

So sweet!

This condo is very clean, and well decorated. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, and more - from the bathroom to the kitchen. The resort's amenities are plenty to keep you occupied and entertained. It was very quiet and peaceful. We LOVED our stay and plan to book again!
