This wonderful, recently remodeled one bedroom two full bath unit is located just 5 miles down Century dr outside of Bend next to Wigi Creek golf course in the Deschutes National Forest at the Seventh Mountain resort.

Stocked with amenities to cover everything you could need to enjoy the experince vacationing in Bend, this ground floor unit includes a large outdoor porch area which overlooks the forest and Deschutes River below. It features a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom along with an additional queen Murphy wall-bed in the living room.

All new appliances, including a large french-door stainless fridge & wine chiller combined with a fully stocked kitchen (new 4 burner fridigiaire cooktop + cosmo wall oven, microwave, indoor electric grill, toaster oven, Kruig coffee machine, blender..) are all included with maximum enjoyment of this quiet retreat in mind.

A 60" Samsung 4k TV accompanied by Bose theater surround, premium cable & wifi thru Tds, Dvd player and netflix add home entertainment options. Central A/C & Heat connected to resorts Geothermal network; plus fireplace (presto logs) provides comfort during any season.

Cleaning expenses are limted to $100 surcharge and provided by our in-house staff. Pets are welcome: ($20 fee covers each night booked)

Seventh Mountain resort amenities include:

Two heated year-round pools & three hot tubs, 24/7 fitness center, sauna, frisbee golf course, basketball/sand volleyball & tennis/pickleball courts, horseshoe pits, miniature golf, mt.bike pump track, pet friendly open grass acreage, complimentary washer/dryer linen room on the buildings floor & ice machine..... Our standard weekly rate includes any 7th night free. 2-nights is minimum reservation due to housekeeping requirements. Also, IKON pass holder offer, one complimentary night added to any booking of at least 3 nights.
