It has a great location close to the Convention Center and downtown Seaside. There is also a nice balcony that offers views of the Necancium River that runs right out to the ocean.



What's nearby:

Downtown Seaside is a short, half-mile walk to the south along the riverfront where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other whimsical choices.
