Conveniently located just one and a half miles from Bandon Dunes and 13 miles from Bandon Crossings, this completely remodeled home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! You will be a short distance from the nearest public beach access and near fantastic attractions, including Bandon Oregon Coast Walk, Bandon South Jetty Park, Bastendorff Beach Park, Cape Arago State Park, and Coquille River Lighthouse.



This prime home has not one, but two well-appointed living rooms, each equipped with comfortable furniture throughout and smart TVs. This is the perfect setting for families and groups who can't decide what show to watch. One of the living rooms enjoys a pellet stove for additional warmth and convenience. The chef of the group will find a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite

Great location for Bandon Dunes. It was a 5 min drive to the back gate of the Bandon Dunes Property and Sheep Ranch course. Property was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, very convenient to Bandon. A lot of spiders and bugs around the house, but otherwise relatively clean. Pretty sparse kitchen supplies as well.

Perfect location for a group wanting to golf at Bandon Dunes on the cheap. The house is very close to the links. The issues we had were the kitchen is very understocked if youā€™re going to cook for yourself. Youā€™d better bring your own pots and pans as it only had the smallest pans. The pullout couches were very uncomfortable for the guys who didnā€™t get one of the four beds available. There werenā€™t enough blankets. There was no barbecue. I recommend the owners have foam pads to throw on top of the pullouts. Overall, we had an awesome time and would stay there again. Just bring our own cots and cookware/BBQ or plan on going out to eat. Canā€™t be the price.

July 2025 weekend visitor

House location was perfect to access mountain biking trails nearby. We noticed one box spring was ripped up underneath in the bedroom with no screens on the windowsā€¦ might have had some critters in there since house is in a very wooded area. Kitchen isnā€™t stocked with more than the basics. FYI to prospective visitors planning to do lots of cooking. No complaints otherwise, house was clean and had proper accommodations

Nice house and a lot of space for a family w 3 teens. It got cold the 1st night we were there. The heater wasnā€™t kicking on so I called the help number and the next day someone came out and fixed it! Very responsive!

Well maintained, clean, good layout, nice beds, fairly private. Expensive. There was an electrical issue, but was attended to first thing in morning after near immediate reply. Fairly compensated.

Great location... if a little sparse

Property is in a lovely location, but interior is pretty empty, without a ton of amenities. A Mile in on a Dirt Road, so keep that in mind if you have a fancy pants car. Had some issues with the Electronic Lock but quickly resolved with Vacasa.

Well maintained, clean, private, quiet. Lots of room. Good communication with property manager. Electrical issue resolved as quickly as possible. Somewhat pricey. the dogs enjoyed the property. One of them was apprehensive of the somewhat slick flooring.

Be careful!!

Pros: Nice and quiet location, for the most part it was clean, *dirty towel found behind a door* and it served it's purpose. Cons: No screens on the windows in master bedroom so when we arrived in the evening, gnats/flies were covering the ceiling, window and in the bathroom. BE CAREFUL ON THE RAMP!!!! All of us staying there slipped when wet, myself and husband both fell. PLEASE INSTALL GRIPS!! It was nice having 2 living rooms and rooms that were separated. It was a nice place to stay, just needs a couple of things fixed.
