The Space:

Step inside this condo and breathe easy - cool white walls and bamboo floors are here to set the scene for your riverfront vacation. Make up a meal or some adult beverages in the full kitchen equipped with granite counter tops. Enjoy it in the dining area or on the cafe style patio. All bedrooms are upstairs, all the better for guests who like to head to bed early. Enjoy a view of the Gorge from the main bedroom, as well as an en suite bathroom. Everyone can stay relaxed thanks to the central air conditioning. Guests can store equipment or luggage in the storage room, or in the extra storage area in the laundry room by the private washer/dryer. Ready to head to the river? This condo's ready to be your base.

Sweet stay in Hood River

This was a great place for a weekend getaway with my niece. Very quiet with a great view of the river. Convenient and walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and well-appointed, also.

Have rented places with a few more helpful details that go above and beyond, but this is perfect for the essentials, very clean and great location. Would recommend it

We loved because it was walking distance to just about everything. The owner/manager was responsive and the place was well appointing with everything you would expect at a condo. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great launch pad for HR area.

Loved the proximity to downtown area and river front. Breweries, restaurants and the water. Also was east to get out to orchards , wineries, hiking, and Mt Hood . Getting up all the stairs with our stuff was a great workout too. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay

Location is fantastic. Clean place, could use some updating. Carpets seem old, and walls are dirty and touched up with paint that's not the same color. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great condo in downtown Hood River with a view

This condo was in a great location for our trip to HR. Close to great food and shopping. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy as well. The kitchen is well equipped and nice and bright. This is not the fanciest place to stay but it she is in a great place. Evoke Winery is right next store with a lovely patio to visit. There are some steep stairs so be sure that works for you or your guests. Bathrooms are all upstairs. I would happily rent again.

Great spot in Hood River

We were in Hood River for a wedding. This was a great space for the 4 of us. Perfect location, everything was walkable. Great views. Beds were very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some better ‘blackout’ shades. Sunlight fills the rooms by 5am, not always ideal. Parking was a little confusing and conversing with the 3rd party service wasn’t the best. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend staying in this spot!

Great location, great view but carpets need care.

The place was spacious, great location in town, good view, well equipped, comfortable mattresses and pillows but unfortunately we were upset to arrive and the carpets were really dirty and gross. We had read a review from December 2023 that mentioned the carpets but figured it would be rectified by our stay in Sept 2024! Sad to say, it was still very dirty. The rest of the unit was clean but just not the carpets. Hopefully Vacasa works with the owner to get this changed out or deep cleaned. Other than the carpets it's a still a good place to stay.

You won't sleep

Condo was clean and well appointed though a little worn (could use paint and new carpet). Would have been great if not for sleep. The bedrooms don't have blackout blinds. In addition to street lights, the winery next door has a pink neon sign that shines right in your face all night. Hard to sleep with the light filtering blinds spraying pink neon in your face. Impossible to sleep with the windows open. Tried to turn on the ac. Thermostat is the first floor. It's at least a good 5 degrees warmer in the second floor. Owners have a Honeywell wifi thermostat that allows them to change the temperature. I set it to 67. I woke up roasting hot. Went downstairs to check the thermostat and it had been reset to 76, making it above 80 on the second floor. Worst sleep of my entire life. Never again.

Great downtown location

Pros: Perfect location for walking, shopping, dining in downtown Hood River. Condo was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Cons: Both bathrooms being upstairs is a bit inconvenient. Traffic noise in front bedroom. It wasn't clear from check-in email where the reserved parking spot was, but we called management company when we arrived and they were very responsive. Lastly, 10am checkout was too early for a short weekend trip. Overall: Good value for the price, especially if you're younger (we are in our 60's and active, but there are a lot of stairs).

Great condo right in town!

My cousin and I had a girls’ trip to Hood River for the first time and were so glad to find this spot! Don’t be deterred by the location (it’s not too loud being in town) or by the interesting set up (looks like an office building from the outside) or by both bathrooms being upstairs (we got used to it)…everything you need is here and it is very well kept and easy to find and get into. AND the best artisan chocolate shop I have ever seen is right downstairs! Great communication from Vacasa as always and I will definitely be back to this great place!

Cozy and Quaint!

Great location, very clean, & well equipped with everything we needed.. only downfall (and not even really a downfall) is no bathroom on the main floor. They are all upstairs. Also struggled with the door lock the entire time but that very well could have been user error. ;) Would most definitely stay there again!!!!
