Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and Art Galleries. Very nicely decorated and clean. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect for enjoying the Joseph downtown shops and cafés. The accommodations were everything we needed and quite comfortable. Lots of outdoor activity available too.

DIRTY!We stayed here a few years ago & loved it! Amazing location, walkable downtown, remodeled, clean, great vibe. Sadly, our most recent stay was a different story.After a long travel day, I discovered hairs in the bathroom corner, followed by long black hairs IN the shower. EW. The grand tour continued: debris on hard floors, dog hair all over carpets, weird couch spot, dusty surfaces, & food particles on utensils. The more we looked, the grosser it got. It felt like REAL, DEEP cleaning we paid for had not been done in awhile.We reported everything immediately. Avari promised a cleaner the next morning, but gave no time. Then they blamed our absence for the cleaner not getting in. Well, yes, we're on vacation, not waiting around for a cleaner! We gave them a window when we'd be there, and they called 1 MINUTE after the window! Eventually, we were told to leave the key in the lockbox, a detail conveniently never mentioned earlier. By then, we were halfway through our stay & over it.After multiple messages & promises to escalate, mngmnt offered a laughable amount; less than half of the cleaning fee we were charged. Vrbo ultimately stepped in to help. I'm sure we'll receive the standard response about how they strive to provide exceptional experiences & regret that we fell short of expectations. Save the copy&paste apology; a clean loft & timely action would've been better.We loved this place once. Never again, & we'll avoid Avari-managed properties. You've been warned!

Everything about our stay was perfect. You cannot beat this location!!! It’s so easy to walk, and enjoy the beautiful town. Communication is superb, and the bed is BEYOND comfortable. It was everything I needed, and I am excited to return!

Perfect little secret spot

We really enjoyed this stat so very much. My husband had to work and the space accommodated this perfectly. A perfect couples getaway space for the able bodied individuals.

A gem of an apartment in a gem of a town

This was the ideal place to stay. Small but well designed and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, heating was great (we stayed in snowy February), and you could walk to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this vacation apartment.

Great location!

Loved being able to stay in downtown Joseph near all the cool shops and places to eat. The kitchen here is well stocked for cooking. The bed is lovely as well. Will definitely try to come back.

Great place!

Just right for two guests and a dog. The loft king size bed is very comfortable. For those of us who need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night it is a challenge to go down the stairs to the bathroom half asleep, however, there is a hand rail to hold on to.

Fabulous downtown loft!

I cannot say enough great things about this loft. It’s so charming, comfortable and convenient!!! It is truly the best location to walk all over town. The king bed is unbelievably comfortable, the appliances great. All the things you could possibly need. The loft is such a cool building. I cannot wait to book this again.

Beautiful accommodations in great location

Conveniently located - able to walk to everything in downtown Joseph while 10 min drive to most trailheads. Lots of amenities- fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with rain shower, and comfortable bed. Happy to come home to this welcoming space after a long day of hiking.

Google maps certainly did not like the address -provided and took us to a wrong location. Getting ahold of the actual host was impossible. Had to go through VRBO then to another remote managing company that really didn't know the property. The actual host/owner was impossible to get ahold of. For this reason I will not use VRBO again. The place was very nice and in a good location, but the total price per day was unreasonable. For the price paid per day, you would expect the host to provide some coffee and tea, sugar, and some bottled water. The internet at the location was extremely slow and was basically worthless. The outdoor area outside the unit could use some cleaning. The overhead fan worked for a short while and then quit working. Maybe the remote control for the unit had a bad battery. The key lock box is old and needs replacing; it was difficult to get open and shut.

Great loft in a great location

The loft was wonderful. It was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was wonderfully centrally located in Joseph. Only a block to ice cream or donuts!

The unit was conveniently located. Some minor cleaning issues, but over all a great place. No instructions on using the heating system (and trying the remotes yielded no results), but it never got unbearably cold. Didn't use the kitchen much but appeared to have everything you'd need to fix your own meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute bungalow in town!

What a lovely find here in Little Joseph, Oregon! It looks to be newly renovated, and all the finishes are just wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown being located right in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again.… Very clean, great location and super easy check in/check out.
