This oceanfront condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach and the Gearhart Golf Links, so come prepared for a fun weekend with both surf and turf options! As you pull up to the home, you’ll notice it’s behind a fenced area that contains a patio space with a table seating four and two colorful Adirondack chairs where you can sit and chat with friends. Enjoy crisp coastal air and briny breezes as you get the weekend kicked off with some barbecuing on your electric grill, provided here on the patio.



The home itself is appointed with beach and maritime touches throughout: wood panels reminiscent of a ship’s hull make up the ceiling, framed paintings showing ocean vistas and coastal landscapes hang on the walls, and the light colors chosen for the furnishings reflect a casual beach house vibe.



Head through the sea-blue front door and peer down the hallway for your first view of the spacious interior. Just around the corner to your right lies the bedroom with a plush king-size bed atop a black wooden platform. Lay down on the bed to experience the supreme comfort of high thread count sheets and oversized pillows (we won’t blame you if you don’t want to get up!). On both sides of the bed sit modern lamps atop black wood nightstands and, with a large bay window behind the headrest, offer plenty of light in the room. In front of the bed, in the corner of the room, are one of two flatscreen TVs for movie nights.



Of course, you’ll want to relax after a full day spent hunting for shells and playing in tide pools on the beach, so come home to a back patio that offers seating on a bench or in more colorful Adirondack chairs, which are perfect for lounging as you gaze out over the huge green backyard and the beach just beyond.



Whether it’s time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, all meals can be made just inside from the back patio in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen’s open floor plan allows for space to cook while. The living room is perfect for reading, watching cable TV or movies on the DVD player, and lounging on the plush sofabed couch or cloth recliner. (The fireplace is not operational). Plus, you can watch whatever you're in the mood for with Netflix streaming on the TV.



Take in the gorgeous scenery and stunning coastal vistas at the Gearhart Ocean State Park, which is directly to the south. Or head three miles down the road to the bustling yet quaint town of Seaside for great shopping, dining, and entertainment - like the fun child-friendly Seaside Aquarium!
