The Space:

You couldn’t ask for a more spectacular Columbia River Gorge view than the one from this stunner, boasting water-view decks both back and front, a huge yard, and a host of interior updates. Spend summer kayaking, paddling, fishing, hiking, exploring nearby state parks, or relaxing on the deck. Winter days are best passed skiing Mt. Hood, across the Columbia River in Oregon, about 60 miles away. There are many bars, restaurants, cafés, and other amenities within a mile in central Stevenson, and plenty more in nearby towns.



At the home itself, you’ll find hardwood floors, abundant natural light, an open floor plan, and the same lovely mountain views thanks to large picture windows. Skip the trip to the coffee shop each morning with your own espresso/cappuccino maker on-hand, then step into the sleek kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and whip up mealtime masterpieces. Serve your creations at the adjacent dining table, then explore.



After a day of outdoor adventures, cuddle up with cocoa in front of the bio-fuel fireplace if it’s chilly, or let the air-conditioning cool you down if it’s warm. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, then fire up the grill on the deck for an easy family dinner. Unwind before bed with your favorite streaming program, play some PingPong in the garage, or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. Even better, use the telescope in the living area to admire the night sky, free of light pollution, then end the evening with a quiet conversation around the firepit on the deck.



When bedtime calls, 100% Egyptian cotton sheets will soothe you to sleep. Trains pass through Stevenson several times per day, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. The Gorge getaway you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book it.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and plenty of extras, such as spices, etc. to help. Place with clean safe and comfortable and the view was wonderful! The only drawback was that it took the main heat pump seemed to struggle to keep the home at the desired temperature. Outside of that everything was excellent.

We loved our stay at Stevenson! It was absolutely serene and wonderful. The views were wonderful and we enjoyed watching the storm from the big window and the deck. The house was very clean and well appointed. We loved the art and modern feel of the house. We felt right at home. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location to visit the Columbia River Gorge! The house was clean and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the kite surfers, and some rabbits and quail in the yard. The town of Stevenson had a great little grocery store and several good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay... house was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the river, kitchen well supplied and nice location to do things in the Columbia River and Mt Hood area Train runs frequently, but ear plugs are provided if you're a light sleeper.

My teens enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. We loved the view, wildlife, and great access to recreation in the area. Everything was as advertised, clear check in/out, and instructions throughout the house. Plenty of space for our family of 4.

Your property is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous home, all the amenities you need for a great stay. The train coming through was a little noisy, but thankfully you provided ear plugs in all the bedrooms.

The view and the home were amazing. The town was small and very friendly. I am from a big city but loved the small town. The area was safe and you could walk everywhere. I would rent this house again! No issues at all!

Pleasant house and location

Serene and Postcard Views!

Brought my elderly parents with us for a special celebration, who coincidentally were married in Stevenson, WA. The weather, along with the clean hospitality and exquisite postcards views from each deck were more than we could have imagined. The venue was so welcoming as soon as we opened the door.
