The Space:

Take some time to relax and reconnect with nature at this amazing two-story home that is a true haven for outdoor enthusiasts! Nestled at the foot of Mt. Hood, you will enjoy easy access across the street to trails along the Sandy River and Government Camp (16 miles) for skiing and mountain climbing. Hiking enthusiasts will find unlimited opportunities in Mt. Hood National Forest. Those who like mountain biking can find the Sandy Ridge Trail System and the popular Pioneer Bridle Trail nearby. Skiers should definitely stop by Skibowl, Timberline, and Mt. Hood Meadows. When you book this charming escapade, you are also granted access to Timberline Rim's on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, and tennis and basketball courts.



As for outdoor living and entertainment, this home offers unlimited options. The home boasts a large, wrap-around covered porch that overlooks the covered BBQ area as well as the renowned 'Outdoor Lounge'. This Outdoor Lounge has been noted in both Sunset and Portland Monthly magazines - it boasts a gas firepit and a comfortable living area where you all can spread out comfortably and create everlasting memories.



When it comes to indoor living, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that will be the center of all entertainment. The spacious family room enjoys a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a winter day and play entertaining card or board games. The separate rec room boasts a 55-inch Samsung QLED TV to stream your favorite movies and shows. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which has been updated with granite counters and features all stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The spacious primary suite boasts high ceilings and two walk-in closets. Additional perks include tennis and pickleball rackets and a washer/dryer.

Peaceful Forest retreat

If you’re looking for a quiet place in the forest, this is it. The house is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a restful stay. The Wi-Fi is robust. We appreciate the owners for sharing their house with us and look forward to staying again.

Family Vacation

Walk in, pick your bedroom and relax. Skip the wifi, enjoy nature. The back patio is heavenly. Coffee in the morning on the deck with fireplace. Whirlpool is just off the deck. The neighbors are close, but everyone seems to mind their own business. The neighbors we met were really sweet. This is definitely a property I would visit again.

Lovely home

Pictures accurately reflect the home. Nice layout and plenty of seating. Had an issue with the fire pit and contacted host, person came out promptly and fixed ignition switch.

Spacious and well furnished

Great living space and kitchen with all the cooking and baking equipment you could need. We loved the 3 bedrooms. The outside space is very inviting for an afternoon of grilling or for an evening chat in front of the outdoor fireplace. The kids spent a lot of time in the swimming pool and the hot tub. The location is great with easy access to the Mount Hood area and all the neighboring hiking, cycling, fishing, and skiing.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

This is such a perfect house for gathering with family and friends! We loved the backyard with the hot tub and outdoor covered fireplace. So relaxing! The inside is spacious and cozy as well. We also loved the river access just across the street! Beautiful setting down there to just bring a chair and chill. Great house for kids as well- tons to do! The tennis court nearby was also awesome for our pickeball little tourney. Fantastic house overall and will definitely be back…thank you!

Snow trip

Loved your house. Didn’t realize it was so close to neighbors though. Nice neighbor came over just before 10 pm to ask us to be quiet.Otherwise had a great stay. Had issues with the fire and didn’t get much for checkout we took out the recycle and garbage. Thank you again.
