An exceptional stay awaits at this tranquil and sunny home located on the first floor and just a short drive (three minutes) to the beach! Highlights include a spacious living area with plenty of natural sunlight, a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a large smart TV with streaming services; a well-appointed kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, a six-person dining table, modern updates throughout, and complimentary WiFi. The lush and modern surroundings will provide you with the rest and relaxation you need. An on-site washer/dryer allows you to pack as light as you would like - there is no need to worry about finding the nearest laundromat anymore! You'll love being located in Gold Beach Oregon, so close to the ocean!

It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being pet friendly there were a few places where dogs had left stains but we are dog people so we understand. A second outside deck chair would have been nice.We would stay here again. Very reasonable.

It’s a beautiful building and location is great. The rooms are spacious and everything you needed. We did not cook in our room but use the washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to make your dinners or feed your family.Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

We have stay here for the past 4 years. We love the location and spending a week with our Son ..

The apartment is always clean, comfortable and we love the location...the baby deer come by to eat the grass and visit with the children at the school across the street...We enjoy the large deck and barbecue...and how close to town..and the ocean

The property is clean inside, everything you need for a short stay , they have it. Big parking . There are few deer and wild turkey which is fun to watch. Outside grass are kind messy and tall , I’m not sure it’s for the deer to enjoy to eat but I hope they will start to mow because it’s started to crawl by the outside wall. We stayed on the bottom floor ( A ) and it has a spacious deck with a barbecue grill. Every room has a television set. Toilet and bath are spacious . ( wish the shower has an area for my soap and shampoo , I bring my own , I have to put it on the floor). My one complain during the stay was the tenant on the second floor , right above us, we usually go to bed by ten in evening or watch tv , is noisy. Not loud voice but footsteps. Maybe I’m just sensitive to loud noises because it’s at night , but it happens every night for the three nights we stayed, that kind of steps that disturb and keep me awake , well for the record it’s stops between midnight or 1 am. But over all stay is good. Highly recommend !

Gold Beach

Went to Gold Beach w another couple to do Jerry's Jet Boat. The location was ideal just minutes away. The beds were good, unit was clean and attractive. Worked perfectly for our short term needs.

Fantastic Stay and Quiet Location

Really enjoyed the place. Very clean with everything we need. Up in a quiet area near an elementary school. Backed into the woods where we had the chance to have frequent deer as visitors.

Very nice!

The condo was very clean and almost brand new. Very comfortable and convenient to the jet boat rides. Plus it lives up to its name, we saw deer everyday we were there.

This is a great property - plenty of room, nice layout, great location, nice deck - but it needs some attention. The oven didn’t work, there was only a trickle of cold water in the kitchen and the toaster is trashed among a few other things.

Very nice place to stay

Close to beach accesses and restaurants. The only complaint is the cold water at the kitchen faucet didn’t come out - was only a trickle. The rest of the pluming worked just fine.

Awesome quiet place

Excellent location on hill behind town (limited view). Easy access with inside garage and ample parking. It's a recently constructed 4 plex with 2 units on ground floor and 2 on 2nd floor. Well outfitted kitchen. Lots of natural light and small patio. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in Gold Beach

Excellent location. Fun seeing the deer and turkeys each day. The home has an open concept which allowed food prep and visiting. Walked to beach and town without difficulty. Others were staying in the apartments and little noise. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the fireplace wasn’t working, but didn’t really need the heat. Enjoyed comfortable weather. Wonderful.

Fantastic place in perfect location.

Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We found the unit spacious, impeccably clean, extremely well stocked, and the furnishings felt new. Location was awesome -- quiet neighborhood, open areas nearby with deer to watch, one minute drive to beach/grocery store, easy access to Samuel Boardman area, and an elementary school across the street to bring happy energy during the day. Only glitches we had was getting into the unit is a little confusing and the building could use more soundproofing. But overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would stay there again.

The proprty is nice but was not as clean as expected

The layout of the home and location in Gold Beach are good. It was roomy, and the beds are comfortable. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I contacted Vacasa but nothing was done about the situation while I was there. I will not go into details in this review, but I did to Vacasa.
