Engagement weekend

Me and my sister and our boyfriends stayed here this weekend it was the perfect place for us! Everything was very clean and had a very homey vibe. All the appliances worked and were new. It was the perfect place to hang out after my sister got engaged! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place! Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Would have been 5 stars if there was a working oven, better kitchenware, and an instruction book telling us how to use the appliances.

Good stay

It was very nice. We were missing a cutting board, spatula, and mixing bowl and also couldn't get the fireplace started as there was no remote. The chat with Vacassa didn't offer any solution except our buying a cutting board, etc. But in calling Vacassa and the asking to talk to the local representatives, there were so friendly and helpful. The got us what we needed very quickly. Deal with the local folks if you can for any issues. The property was lovely and very comfortable.

Mostly nice

This is a newer apartment with lots of natural light and extra high ceilings that make it feel bigger than it is. The location is fairly good. It’s a quiet street and you can see a little corner of ocean from the balcony. The cons: It is not well stocked. The listing said it has board games and games for children. The only thing they have is trivial pursuit from the 80’s. Kitchen supplies were limited, no salt or pepper. The water heater quit working. There is a bad smell in the stairway (common area) and stains there. I called the Vacasa 1-800 number when we first arrived to ask for more blankets and a portable crib. They said someone would be over soon but no one ever came. However, a few days later I saw the number for a local manager and asked for a later checkout. She responded quickly and gave us an extra 1.5 hours which we appreciated. Wish I would have called her in the beginning! Overall we enjoyed our stay despite a few inconveniences

Clean and Comfortable

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Very comfortable, plenty of room for 2 couples or a family.

Very Nice!

This was my first time using Vacas. I stayed here with two of my sisters for two nights. We were very pleasantly surprised - it was nicer than the photos! Great location - we walked the few blocks to Hwy 101 each morning for coffee and breakfast. The rooms were large and easily could accommodate 6 people. One sister slept on the futon in the living room and found it very comfortable. Lots of bath towels that were in good condition! The AC unit in the living room worked great and filtered into the second bedroom very well with the door open. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sunshine - perfect! If I had to come up with something lacking in the unit, I would say: 1. a towel hook in the hall bathroom (two of us shared this bathroom and there was only one towel rack - would be nice to have a hook for the other person's towel) 2. a wall shelf in the hall bathroom as there's not much counterspace around the sink 3. A mirror (full length or not) in the bedrooms. The hall bath was a little dark to do my makeup; having a mirror with the natural light in the bedroom would have been nice. A great place and we'd stay here again!
