The Space:

This townhouse-style vacation home furnishes you with a picturesque view of the nearby golf course and fishing lagoon from the patio. A few steps outside of your yard lies a shared swimming pool for residents.



This townhome is located in the Sea Pines Plantation area, which is close to several major attractions, ranging from golf to dining and shopping to watersports equipment rentals. If you like to stay in motion, you’ll certainly appreciate a visit to the Van der Meer Tennis Academy that lies but a stroll from your front door. If you prefer more measured sports, the Shipyard Golf Club or the nearby lagoons each offer opportunities for golfers and fishing enthusiasts alike.



Within your vacation home, you’ll find a master bedroom with with a VCR, TV, vaulted ceiling, and a private bathroom with a skylight. The second bedroom can sleep younger guests with its twin beds, TV, and easy accessibility to the fully appointed hall bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in Hilton head. The villa was perfect for our family and we hope to come back another time. We love the gated community and the short distance to the beach as well.

Ideal location and layout

We stayed for 2 week vacation with family and thoroughly enjoyed the location and layout of the unit. Great watching the lagoon happenings from the kitchen window and can’t beat the short walk to the beach.

Great Escape

We escaped to HHI after the destruction of hurricane Helene and it did not let us down! Short walk to the beach. Very close to the pool as well.

Fantastic location

Great family house! It’s so close to the pool so kids loved the easy access. Close enough to the beach! View is of lagoon. Place is bigger and nicer in person than it looks in pics online so was pleasantly surprised.

We absolutely loved the location and the home size was great for our family of 6. The 2 pools and beach were well within walking distance and we felt safe letting our kids walk and bike by themselves..... It is a gated complex. We will definitely stay again!

comfy and clean on arrival. great location to pool and ocean but peaceful and quiet too. kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. all appliances operated as expected. refrigerator had no ice maker but we made do. would stay here again

Great location and quick responses from owners when needed. Porch in back seems a bit dangerous when it comes to structure. If you have little ones, beware that there is no deadbolt so they can easily attempt an escape out the front door :)

This was one of the best trips our family has ever had. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. There was plenty of space in the home, the bedrooms and bathrooms were big! The living room and kitchen were spacious and wonderful. The freezer has no ice maker but we found one in the kitchen closet and used it, along with several other small appliances. The place was very clean. Our favorite features were the comfort of the private gated access, the gorgeous views of the lagoon and all the wildlife that can be seen from the porch and the kitchen, and the proximity to the pool and the beach. Despite the crazy heat, this was a perfect stay. Hated to leave. So happy to have lucked out and found this place for a quick getaway. Thank you so much for sharing this with us, will 100% be returning next year, if it’s available!

Great location!

This property is in a great location! Steps from the pool and a quick walk to the beach, made it super convenient!! We appreciated that it was a gated community and had no safety concerns. We also enjoyed bike rides to Harbor Town and South Beach Marina Village (approximately 2 miles each way). The property was clean when we arrived and appreciated the bath soap, shampoos, conditioners, dish soap, sponge, paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper and dishwasher detergent that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked. As previously mentioned, the lack of an ice maker was a small challenge, as only 2 ice trays were provided to make ice. The appliances all worked well. Because it wasn’t noted in the property description, I’ll comment that the coffee maker is a Keurig that will brew individual pods and a regular pot. The refrigerator seemed slightly smaller than standard, but for our family of 4, was big enough. We enjoyed our stay and would look to rent this property again!

Perfect SeaPines location

Absolutely loved the location of the property. Pool is very close and was relaxing to use on the way back from the very close and restricted to the public beach access. Two restaurants within walking distance. Bike trails everywhere. The townhome was well kept and spacious, even providing a small reading room to get away. The kitchen provided plenty of cookware. Loved looking out onto the lagoon and watching turtles, birds and the occasional gator. Unfortunately, everywhere in SeaPines you can hear the sound of gas leaf blowers ALL DAY starting around 730. Beware if you are sensitive to noise. Proximity to the beach was a good enough trade off for me to ignore it. Plenty of parking for two cars and rental bikes. The SeaPines area is very beautiful with trees and other landscaping ever present. I highly recommend the sunset shrimp boat cruise if you have children 5-ish to teens. They get to help sort the catch!

Convenient beachside townhouse in Sea Pines

4 Turtle Lane club is a 3 BR townhouse (end unit) that is quiet, comfortable, well-stocked, and walking distance to golf, Fraser's pub and the beach and steps to the pool. The property manager's email communication was good. Would stay here again. A quick digression to the pools, which were great, because we had a difficult time understanding if they'd be available in October. Yes, both were filled, one heated and one not. They received daily checks, were super clean and hardly used. A nit, but the only negative is that the maintenance staff spent almost an hour daily wandering around leaf blowing the pool and immediately adjacent townhouse areas (when there were really no leaves to blow) at excruciatingly high decibels. It typically prompted us to leave and move on to the next activity.

Nice condo but needs TLC

Very nice condo but needs some TLC. Carpet in bedrooms had stains everywhere. Mold on shower floor. Front door needs painting (outside) and hand prints on the front door ((inside). Ice maker does not work (and dirty). Had to buy bags of ice at Harris Teeter. No Keurig. Rusty grill has seen it’s better days. Front and back porch were not clean. Plants inside the front gate need to be trimmed back. This condo is near the front gate of Turtle Cove and thus fairly long walk to the beach.
