The Space:

Escape the every day and experience the extraordinary when you book this fantastic beach rental on the coast of South Carolina! Just Coastin' is open, bright, and beautifully renovated in coastal colors. You'll enjoy stunning sunsets and scenic views of Big Bay Creek, marina docks, and the South Edisto inlet from the balcony. Witness up close the unique salt marsh and tidal creek habitat unique to the Lowcountry. You will notice changing scenery as the marsh floods and drains by the tidal movement of the adjacent St. Helena sound. Tour the area and discover local attractions like public beach access less than two miles away, The Plantation Course at Edisto, Edisto Beach State Park, and the Serpentarium. After a day full of activities, cool off in the sparkling pool on-site.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in your favorite show on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a quaint dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, boasting a private entrance to the balcony and a lovely en suite bathroom.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Bay Creek pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.

Check-in occurs at the local management office, not directly at the rental unit. The local management office is located at 495 SC-174, Edisto Island, SC 29438, next to Ace Hardware.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This vacation rental is located in Bay Creek Villas. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.

Beautiful view, tastefully and appropriately decorated for a coastal rental, easy check in and out. Loved watching the egrets and great blue herons from the porch balcony. Gorgeous sunsets! VACASA is a professional and attentive management company! I highly recommend this unit.

We were very pleased with the condo. The cleanliness and service were no issue. It was quiet and very peaceful looking over the marsh. Location was great to access many aspects: dining, music, beach access. Parking was never an issue.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and clean. The exterior of the building was a bit disconcerting when we pulled up but it is just an older property and it looks like they are doing some work on it. This unit has a perfect view of the sunset from the balcony and a view of the sunrise from the smaller bedroom..

Beautiful Condo at the Marina

It's a clean, newly renovated, beautifully decorated condo at the Edisto Marina. The owners had everything we needed there to enjoy a long weekend with friends during the Christmas Holiday. We will look to rent this unit again in the future. We loved the mattress in the owner's suite too.

Water view condo

This condo was clean and well-furnished with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was especially well supplied with everything we needed. The views of the inlet and waterways allowed us to bird watch from the balcony. Our only concern was a persistent moldy smell which remained on our clothing when we returned home.

This was a lovely unit. Nicely appointed and comfortable. The property itself needs some cleaning and updating. The Wednesday market was fabulous with local art and beautiful produce. Unfortunately I was there during Helene and when the power went out the stairs were dark with no emergency lighting. I would recommend the unit for a vacation.

Great, relaxing vacation.

We stayed for 3 nights and this condo was perfect. The views from the balcony were beautiful and convenient to everything. I have honestly never stayed in a condo that was so clean. The beds and couch were super comfortable and the decor was nice. It looked like the entire condo had been completely remodeled and it was beautiful. We did a little cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of pots and pans. I felt extremely safe in the location and the sunsets were unbelievable. We had plenty of room in the king size bed and my 13 year old had plenty of space in the 2nd BR and he had his own bath, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this condo and the location.

PERFECT!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend and loved this property! It was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space to relax and watch TV with a super comfy couch and 2 leather recliners. The bathrooms were wonderful and everything felt fresh and new. We didn’t need a washer/dryer but there was one for those needing to do laundry. We hope to be able to stay here again next year when we return to Edisto! Thank you! ☀️

We wanted a beach trip, and normally do Hilton Head in September. We decided to try Edisto for something different. The condo was great! It was very clean, comfortable, good size for a2 bedroom, and quiet (top floor). I think it was recently renovated. The view was lovely (west facing so you could spend the morning on the lanai having your morning coffee, or watch the sunset in the evening. The pool was on the smaller side, but had shade throughout the day. The one elevator was actually pretty speedy. Any negative comments, I'll have to stretch for and say, when we pulled up, the exterior of the condo was older.... but everything inside, as well as the property was well maintained. And maybe a new sofa soon, it was a bit squeaky. I would rent this condo again if we returned to Edisto.Beach access at 31, 32 33 we thought was the nicest, but parking filled up early on the weekend
