We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The set up was perfect. The only thing was the toaster needs replacing. It shot sparks when we toasted bagels. Thanks

The location was convenient. There were a few issues checking in as the battery was dead in the lock and had to wait for maintenance. The condo could definitely use a good cleaning. The walk to the beach was very difficult. Appeared new sand had been put on path and it was very deep and soft. It was impossible to pull our wagon with all our gear which meant multiple trips to haul everything back and forth. Overall we enjoyed the trip though!

Great location

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Communication was great. It was very hot as expected during our stay in June, but the air conditioning worked great and we were able to cool off and sleep well at night. Next time I will bring beach towels. Chairs, some toys, umbrella, wagon etc. were provided. Thank you!

Excellent location! Easy walking distance to Coligny Park shops and restaurants. Several issues including difficulty with door code, missing light bulbs in kitchen, tub lever had to held down to drain water, ductless a/c difficult to regulate temperatures, several areas needed repainting. Unit was clean and beach not crowded but not likely to rent 3E again.

Beachwood 3E

Great spot if you want to be close to Coligny Circle. Condo is right next to elevator and close to laundry and stairs. Decent views of the ocean without the direct wind coming off of it. Grounds were maintained, safe yet accessible. Beach area was clean and not crowded. Overall a nice place to stay.

Recently traveled from Ohio to Hilton Head for our annual summer vacation with my husband and two children, expecting a relaxing family getaway. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.After settling in, we noticed a very strong odor in my children's bedroom that smelled like mold. The smell was so overwhelming that both of my children woke up with sore throats and were unable to sleep in that room for the remainder of our stay. Instead, they had to sleep on the pullout couch for the rest of the vacation.Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. On day 2, as we were leaving for dinner, we discovered a notice attached to our trailer and golf cart stating that they would be towed the following morning if they were not moved. This requirement had never been communicated to us prior to arrival, despite the fact that we had just completed a ten-hour drive to reach the property.We immediately contacted the property manager to explain the situation, including the fact that my husband's golf cart had sustained paint damage as a result of the issue. The property manager acknowledged our concerns and indicated that she would work to have half of our rental costs reimbursed. However, despite that commitment, we ultimately received only a 30% refund.Because of all of this, I highly discourage you & your family to NOT stay here.

Great property easy beach access 1 minute. Small property is a plus!! 5 minute walk to Coligny. Check in and out so easy. They only ask to turn off lights and run dishwasher. Would use this condo and Vacasa again!! Fabulous girls trip

We would come again

We loved the location of this condo. We could see the ocean over nice trees and a lovely property next door. The pool was private and surrounded by trees which gave a nice respite from the sunny beach just a short walk through the dunes. Coligny Plaza is an easy walk. This was a clean condo with comfortable beds, nice living room furniture and tasteful beach decor. We really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach cart and bicycles! We do think guests should be aware that there is live music at an outdoor bar nearby in the evenings.
