The condo was very clean upon arrival. The location was perfect in regard to the pool and just a short walk to the ocean! All of the bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect sizes as well as the kitchen, dining room, and living room which had plenty of seating!

Spacious and comfortable

The condo is spacious and provided more than enough room for our family of four adults. The pool, beach, bike trails, restaurants, etc were very close. The washer and dryer allowed us to keep all of our clothes and towels clean. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Just ok

The space and layout is comfortable for 5 people. The rugs have a lot of large pet stains, which is gross. Furniture is nice and comfortable, except the left side of the master bed is sagging. The cookware isn’t great. The pans are the old Teflon ones that poison your bloodstream and they are scratched so the Teflon can seep into the food that you cook. We ended up buying a new pan to use instead. Plenty of plates and glasses. Knives are very dull so bring a knife if you plan to cut anything. The back door is missing a handle and is super difficult to open. We called about this and the door was serviced but it still didn’t open easily. The bathroom sinks seem to have draining issues. We had one fixed the day we arrived but it clogged again before the week ended and a second bathroom drain clogged as well. The community is nice in appearance. Wasn’t too convenient for the beach since we had a lot of stuff (boogie boards, rafts, etc.) The walk is about 15-20 min. so we opted to drive but the drive is about 10 minutes since there isn’t a direct route there. There isn’t much space in the condo to store beach stuff, which is pretty inconvenient. The pool is nice and super close.

Laid back getaway

Quiet setting with local beach access and a well furnished home. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our family and open layout with a small private balcony.

Ok But would not rent again

For the price, this house was not worth it. Pros : Good location. Spacious floor plan that allowed plenty of room for people to move about. Quick access via bike trail to the beach...it took about 5min on bike to get to the beach. Master bedroom was spacious. Checkout instructions were easy. Neighbors were friendly. Pool was nice and close. Cons : No pets allowed but did not know that the owners dog comes and pees on the carpet. Pee stains are everywhere. If someone has severe pet allergies this is an issue because they would not know pets had been in the home and could cause a reaction. We checked in at 4pm, as we were told, to the Vacasa store and when we got to our unit the cleaning team was still working. That was ok, but what was not ok was that they were cleaning until after 6pm! Had we known this we would not have checked in. There seems to be no communication between the cleaning team and Vacasa. According to other reviews, this has happened before. The decor was ok but definitely outdated with all the carpet, especially since it is has dirt and pee stains. That’s just not our preference so we will look for something more up to date next time. The second master is NOT a king as described. It is actually a queen. That was disappointing. The water spout to rinse your feet off by the front door didn’t work. Overall it worked for this year, but for the price and the unit we would not rent again. And possibly not use Vacasa again since there have been recurring issues with other vacationers.

Loved it

The layout was great. Having two bedrooms with king size beds was really nice. The 3rd bedroom was perfect for our 3 young kids because it has the pullout single under the other single bed. The walk to the beach is doable but does take 10-15 to get there. We opted to load everything and drive to the beach where you can unload and find close parking. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the mattress in the master was extremely comfortable.

Needs Deep Clean

Property was just OK. No pets allowed in rental yet their were dog bowls, bone, pet gate and evidence of pet stains all through the condo’s carpet. Property didn’t seem to be well maintained. Long walk to the beach if you have children.

Thank you for staying with us, Michael. The homeowner does have a dog that comes with him on occasion; it is the owner's personal preference that other dogs not be in the home. A carpet cleaning has been scheduled. We hope to see you again!

Lovely

Very nice home. Loved the decor. Very spacious. Home was not beach accessible like i thought. Housekeeping left things under master bed but everything was cleaned up very well. Will definitely book with you all again.
