Grace Meadows: 3BR/3BA, close To Westin, Beach, Golf & Tennis

The links is a quiet gated community in Port Royal Plantation. Our villa is a bright and comfortable one story condo that is on the bend of the 7th fairway of the Barony Golf Course. We are at the back end of the Links which offers seclusion and privacy.

The Carolina sun room and the master bedroom look out on the golf course. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen beds, private bathroom, and a window seat. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress and is close to the full hall bathroom. Our kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

A gas grill is on the outdoor flagstone patio between the villa and the separate two car garage. The patio is a great place to eat outdoors. The two car garage has the golf cart for trips to the beach, tennis or the Westin Resort. Beach chairs along with pool and beach toys are kept in the garage for your use. The family room has a cathedral ceiling with a flat screen TV, DVD player, wet bar, and free Wi-Fi . Keyless front door entry allows you to drive directly to the villa upon your arrival.

The beach is a three minute ride in our private golf cart. The beach park has a playground and restrooms. The Links has a community pool which is close to our villa. Hilton Head has many tree lined paths for walking or bicycling. Our villa offers all the comforts of home in a wonderful vacation spot.

We are close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, tennis, short walk to the Westin Resort, cinemas, and of course Starbucks. Day trips to Savannah and Charleston are also excellent getaways.

Margie is an excellent host. From the minute we secured our stay she went over and above to provide all information or instructions that we would need. Any question we had was immediately answered. The house was in exceptional shape and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again

The property was clean, semi-secluded, well maintained, and stocked with everything we'd want. The beach was very close and easily reachable via the golf cart and bikes. We had a blast!

The property was just what the 5 of us needed for a 4-day stay for a wedding at the Westin. Clean, good accommodations, close proximity to a nice public beach. The golf cart was such a great bonus! Margie was very helpful with instructions.

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margieā€™s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. Fabulous Family Beach Week at The Links 9A

This spacious and comfortable villa., surrounded by live oaks, was the perfect place for our family beach week. The provided (golf cart, chairs, bikes, beach and pool toys) added so much to our stay. The communication with Margie, the property manager, was prompt and so thorough. So good we have already booked for next year! This place is a winner!

This is a very nice place to stay for a family. We had great communication with Margie. I would rent this rental again in the future. The golf cart ride to the beach is very helpful. The bikes need some repair.

Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! Thank you !!!

Perfect getaway.

Stayed 4 nights. Loved every minute of it. Easy access to the beach with the golf cart and bikes. We recommend renting additional bikes as everyone seems to cruise around at a leisurely pace enjoying the laid back atmosphere. Villa 9A is right on the golf course, in perfect position to watch folks tee off and chip to the green while to sip coffee. Margie was awesome. Great communication! Would definitely recommend this place for sure!

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didnā€™t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

We enjoy the total privacy that our end location provides. Riding our golf cart to play tennis or to the beach is very cool! By being at the northern end of the island, we do not have to get caught up in the traffic. Everything we could want is very close by.
