This charming Art Nouveau villa, built in 1898, is situated in an exquisite location, not far from the Royal Spa Gardens, the Kurmittelhaus, the RupertusTherme, the pedestrian zone, and other “highlights” of the city of Seventy Fountains. For tourists, three vacation apartments (TOP 1–3) are available on the first floor of Villa Bariole. Guests can enjoy a very welcoming and brightly designed living space with spacious balconies featuring lounge seating areas. Each vacation apartment has an assigned guest parking space. The city’s most important cultural, sports, recreational, and health facilities, as well as the train station, are all within easy walking distance, arranged in a star-shaped pattern. The villa is located directly on Frühlingstraße in a traffic-calmed zone with a nighttime driving ban for motor vehicles, offering its guests a peaceful night’s sleep and relaxation. The owner, Christian Steiner, warmly welcomes his guests.
The charming apartment on the 1st floor is easily accessible via a beautiful wooden staircase with a window on the landing in Villa Bariole. It is suitable for up to 3 people (in exceptional cases, an additional child or teenager may be accommodated). The vacation apartment—TOP 3 (47 sqm)—features a west-facing balcony (afternoon sun). As a non-smoking apartment, it is bright, welcoming, and lovingly decorated, featuring a living/bedroom with a single bed, a dining table, and a small glass table for coffee and tea, as well as a dish cabinet and wardrobe. Attached to the bed is a pull-out drawer with a mattress (extra bed), which can provide additional sleeping space for one more person (child or teenager). This is only possible with the host’s permission! The apartment also features a northwest-facing bedroom with a double bed, as well as a small entryway with a mini-kitchen located inside the apartment. Both rooms offer balcony access, a shower/toilet, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, internet/Wi-Fi, a radio, a wall-mounted coat rack, and a versatile lighting system designed for comfort. The apartment, including the balcony (with lounge seating), faces the street lined with beautiful trees, invites you to linger, and offers a wonderful view of the mountains. Due to the nighttime driving ban for all motorized vehicles, a peaceful night’s rest is guaranteed.
The mini-kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a small sink, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop with two burners and matching cookware, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, silverware, glasses, and all other essentials. However, due to the small counter space, cooking is limited to preparing “quick meals” and is only partially suitable for “cooking for larger families”! Guests can pick up fresh pastries at a nearby bakery within walking distance.
Villa Bariole is notable for its proximity to the RupertusTherme. You can go skiing and hiking right near the apartment in Lofer. The Salzburg Open-Air Museum is 9 km from Villa Bariole.
The villa is located almost right in the center of Bad Reichenhall.
