"Townhouse Almuñecar Old Town" with Sea Views, Private Terrace, A/C & Wi-Fi

The townhouse features a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 does not have an en-suite bathroom. There is a large roof terrace with a kitchen. This cozy townhouse is located near San Miguel Castle, just a 5–10 minute walk from the beach. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are within a few minutes' walk. The house is situated in the old town, characterized by narrow streets. There is no direct vehicle access to the house; it is a 50-meter walk from the nearest road. Any parking must be done on the surrounding streets. Preferred rental period is 14 days in July or August.



The space

Guests staying in Bedroom 2 must use the bathroom belonging to Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 3. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed.



Please note: a neighboring property is currently under construction. Work is expected to continue for several months. The property is located in Almuñécar's historic old town, where houses are closely situated—occasional noise from nearby works may occur and is beyond our control.
