🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Enjoy exclusive access to all areas of Casa Del Pescatore! You'll have the entire house to yourself, including three private bedrooms (one king, two queen), three full bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and an open-concept living and dining area. Step outside to the private patio, complete with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and seating. Take advantage of the floating dock and jet ski port on the deep water lagoon. We also provide kayaks, beach chairs, and other outdoor gear for your enjoyment. The property features ample off-street parking for multiple vehicles.

You're just a short drive from a variety of local attractions. For dining, explore the nearby restaurants offering fresh seafood and casual dining options, many within a 5-10 minute drive. If you're looking for some retail therapy, local shops and boutiques are also easily accessible. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and beautiful coastal scenery, making it ideal for leisurely strolls or bike rides. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an action-packed vacation, the neighborhood around Casa Del Pescatore provides a delightful backdrop for your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around Casa Del Pescatore is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the Jersey Shore, you'll find ample free parking right at the property. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Atlantic City International Airport (ACY), approximately a 45-minute drive away. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Consider using them for trips to local restaurants, shops, or attractions, especially if you plan on enjoying the area's nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
