Make yourself at home in this cozy beach house only one block from the ocean. Home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Located in a quiet neighborhood on corner lot with fenced in patio area which is perfect for evening dining. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal when you aren't taking advantage of one of LBI's many restaurants. Front porch has large seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Perfect spot to watch the runners and bikers on Beach Avenue. Acme and Skipper Dipper are within walking distance and the restaurants and attractions of Beach Haven are just a short drive or bike ride away. Garage has television and DVD player with couch and futon-ideal for adults after the kids go to bed or as a place for the kids to hang out after a day at the beach. Open floor plan on first level creates breezy and open feeling that will make you feel relaxed the minute you enter.

Minimum Age to rent this property is 25 years old. Please note we are not accepting rental requests for 2026 until October 1st

Great location and property.

We loved our stay at this location. It was a great set-up for a multifamily stay. The location is perfect in regard to how close it was to the beach, grocery store, and Skipper Dipper. The fenced in back patio with bonus garage lounge was such an awesome feature that we utilized everyday.

Fantastic Vacation!

Great place to stay! Close to beach and especially Skipper Dipper wich my Granddaughter enjoyed! The home was spacious and very clean when we arrived. It was also very well stocked with essentials. Perfect Beach House

Ideally situated one block from the beach, and down the block from the island's only major supermarket and best ice cream shop. House itself was very clean and offers lots of room and all amenities, not just supplies but very nice touches like books and puzzles. Andrea was the perfect host, responsive and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family! The kids loved the cozy rooms and garage space. Grandma needed a ground floor bedroom. And we all enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Well stocked with puzzles, games and kitchen needs. And we lucked out with perfect weather. Easy walk to Skipper Dipper for dessert :) Thanks to Andrea for your quick reply to our emails and all your help in making our family visit so wonderful.

A great location and a lovely house

A comfortable place to stay with all the amenities we needed, and some we didn't expect--don't overlook the garage space as a relaxing location to spend the evenings once the heat starts to die down, with the door thrown open it cools down inside very quickly and the couches inside make a great place for an indoor/outdoor nap in the ocean breeze. The ground floor bathroom and bedroom are set up to be very accessible for people with disabilities, which is great, and the suite of bedrooms upstairs is quiet even when the TV is going in the living room downstairs. Lots of windows for crossbreezes! And the location can't be beaten with walking access to both the acme and the best ice cream on the island while still being a relatively quiet neighborhood. A great experience overall!

This house was perfect for what we needed during our stay for chowderfest. Heated garage is huge bonus . House had a lot of amenities. Would definitely consider renting again.

Great Beach House

Our vacation was great and there was plenty of room for all of us, 5 adults and 2 small children. The location was excellent and only drove a couple of times during my week stay. I loved the front garden. Very pretty and a quiet place to sit and watch the world go by. We had everything we needed at the house, all the comforts of home away from home. There were even books, games and puzzles for kids. Great find. There was an issue with the instructions for returning the key. Instructions at the house were to return to Oceanside Realty when in fact, the keys were to be put back in the lock box. Those instructions were also on the website.

Charming Get Away

Location, location location!

You can't go wrong with this adorable four bedroom cape cod just one short block away from one of the most beautiful beaches in LBI. Located on a quiet section of biker and pedestrian friendly Beach St., but still just a short drive from the restaurants and amusements in Beach Haven. Also a five minute walk to the Acme! So nice to be able to go and get groceries without spending an hour in traffic. The house is very comfortable and easily sleeps eight people. The porch is large and lovely and you can even hear the waves crashing...the beach is that close. There is even a separate sitting area in the garage with a TV and DVD player for the kids to have their own space. The first floor bedroom and bathroom are even wheelchair accessible. Highly recommend !

We loved this house the minute we walked in. It has a warm and beach-like feel that makes you relax whether you are ready to or not! The easy access to the beach is amazing, and hearing the waves from the porch at night is divine.
