This spacious 3-bedroom condo is designed with both relaxation and privacy in mind. Each bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet—ideal for groups, families, or multiple couples traveling together. You’ll find every detail thoughtfully prepared, from plush bedding with luxury comforters and 4+ pillows per bed to extra blankets and towels for a hotel-quality stay.



The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to dine in, complete with all the essentials plus complimentary coffee, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig for your morning routine. A full-size washer and dryer are located within the condo, with laundry supplies provided for added convenience.



Step outside and enjoy everything the gated Watercress community has to offer, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and grill area overlooking the peaceful riverfront.

• This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are NO ELEVATORS



House Rules:

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Parties/events are not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.



Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.







Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
