Escape to this stunning two-level oceanfront retreat where nature meets comfort. Private balconies and patios on each level overlook the shimmering coastline—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Enjoy panoramic views, a rocky garden, and a secluded beach below—your own coastal sanctuary. Inside: spacious living areas, a full kitchen, and tranquil bedrooms. Ideal for couples or families seeking serenity, seaside adventure, and unforgettable views.

Easily accessible on Skyline Drive just south of the harbor and marina, this two-story retreat sits atop a natural oceanfront rock bluff. Perched in its elevated position, the home offers panoramic views of the harbor, Keats Island, and Georgia Strait, inviting you to pause and take it all in.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy and inviting bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping accommodation. It’s perfectly suited for up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids. The main level boasts a spacious primary suite with a queen-sized bed and a 5-piece main bathroom. Downstairs, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and adjacent 4-piece bathroom provides a peaceful haven, creating a layout that’s ideal for both connection and solitude.

The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need to feel at home: a stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and a variety of cooking essentials including salt, pepper, spices, and cooking oil. For your morning brew (or afternoon pick-me-up), make a cup of coffee or blend your favorite frozen concoction.

Step outside and you’re greeted by multi-level sweeping decks and patios with interconnecting spiral staircases, all offering uninterrupted vistas of the sea and surrounding nature. Sunbathe on plush outdoor loungers, grill up dinner on the BBQ, or gather around the outdoor dining table or lounge area to savor local wine as the sun sets behind the hills.

Whether you spend your time soaking in the uninterrupted views or simply enjoying the quiet luxury of spacious indoor and outdoor living, this distinctive retreat invites you to unwind in complete privacy.

Guests will have full access to the property and all its amenities except the basement. Please note that the basement area and an outdoor storage building are locked and not accessible to guests at any time. We kindly ask that you respect this private space.

Beach Access:
The steps down to the ocean are steep and numerous. At the bottom, you’ll need to navigate over several large driftwood logs that have washed ashore. Please only attempt this access if you are able-bodied and in good physical condition.

Water Equipment:
For liability reasons, we do not provide kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, or lifejackets. However, guests are welcome to bring their own and use them at their own discretion.

Parking:
Guests may park up to 2 vehicles in the carport at the top of the property: Please note that the driveway gate is locked and not accessible to guests as it is very steep and not maintained.
Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee.
Leave the home tidy: Please wash dishes, place used towels in the laundry area, and dispose of trash in the bins provided before checking out.
Supervise children: The property is located by the ocean—children must be supervised at all times for their safety.
Locked rooms: Certain rooms are locked and not available for guest use. Please respect these private spaces.
Respect the neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
No smoking or vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and near open windows or doors.
No parties or events: Our home is for quiet enjoyment only. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are not permitted.
No pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
