The condo offers two full bathrooms, giving your group flexibility for busy ski mornings and post-adventure showers. Standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, the private balcony, and the shared seasonal hot tub and coin laundry on the property. Self check-in is available via a smart lock keypad, and detailed instructions are provided prior to arrival. Unassigned parking is provided for 1 vehicle in the Sierra del Sol lot. In ski season, a parking pass (provided in the unit) must be displayed. Oversized vans, Sprinter vans, and RVs cannot be accommodated in the lot and must use the Taos Ski Valley parking area.

Sierra Del Sol 36 sits in the heart of Taos Ski Valley, steps from the village and the lifts, with the Lake Fork River running right alongside the property. In summer, the area is a basecamp for hiking, fishing, and cool mountain air, with the Wheeler Peak trail less than three miles away. Taos is under 20 miles away for museums, the historic Taos Pueblo, and a vibrant downtown.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to reach Taos Ski Valley and explore the area. The village, lifts, and dining are within walking distance of the condo. Parking is limited to one vehicle, and oversized vans and RVs must use the Taos Ski Valley parking lot. Cell service can be unreliable during peak season, so please plan accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking, parties, or events.

This condo does not have air-conditioning, which is rarely needed at this elevation.

The hot tub and laundry are shared, on-site amenities, and the hot tub is seasonal.

Laundry is a shared, coin-operated facility.

Complimentary firewood is provided for the wood-burning fireplace.

The condo has multiple levels and stairs.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle; oversized vans and RVs must park in the TSV lot.
