THE RESORT
As our guest, you have full, private access to the entire `Sun Deck Suite` (Unit 840), including your private oceanfront balcony. You also have access to the fantastic amenities at the Caravelle Resort complex, which include:

The Caravelle Resort is located at 6900 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. Positioned on the north end of Myrtle Beach, the resort is slightly removed from the busiest downtown boardwalk area, giving guests a more relaxed feel while still being just minutes from the action.

Please take note of these important details for your stay:
* Accessibility: The unit is located on the 8th floor with convenient elevator access. While the condo is single-level, please note it is not fully ADA-accessible.
* Supplies: We provide a starter supply of paper products and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items.
* Beach Gear: For your comfort by the sea, please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
Additional Rules
- No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. A $250 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

- No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed in this unit.

- No Parties or Events: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate removal and additional fees.

- Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

- Respect the Property: Please treat the space as you would your own. Any damaged or missing items will be reported and charged accordingly.

- Towels & Linens: Do not take indoor towels or linens to the beach.

- Trash Removal: Please take out all trash before check-out and place it in the designated trash chute or bin.

- Please return parking pass and wristbands to the room to avoid any additional fees.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
