Very nice one-bedroom apartment (approx. 40 m²) right on the beach with a great ocean view from the balcony. The beach and promenade are right outside the door.<br><br>Tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a magnificent ocean view. Only about a 2-minute walk to the beach.<br>The cozy living room features a sofa set and two armchairs for relaxing evenings. A flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and dining area with a fold-out dining table provide a space to unwind. There is also a double bed for 2 people (approx. 160 cm wide).<br>The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, and standard kitchen appliances. The refrigerator with freezer compartment is located in the hallway.<br>The interior bathroom features a corner shower with a glass partition, a sink, and a hair dryer. There is a separate toilet with a small sink.<br>The apartment features tile and designer plank flooring.<br>In the basement, there is a sauna & solarium, as well as a washing machine & dryer (coin-operated) for vacation guests.<br>Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. A small dog is welcome here (upon request, for a fee).
