This apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Koserow on a low-traffic street. A sandy path leads you through the coastal forest for about 1,200 meters to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in about 20 minutes. From there, the town center and the pier are within walking distance. A supermarket is located less than one kilometer away and is open on Sundays during the high season. Restaurants and local shops are about 400 meters away. A delicious breakfast featuring fresh rolls and a breakfast buffet awaits you at our partner Käpt’n Brass, about 900 meters away (for a fee).

The vacation apartment is located on the top floor of the vacation home. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light.

The built-in kitchen is functional and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, stove, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. Large west-facing rooftop terrace with a view of the rooftops of Koserow.



Thanks to the sloped ceilings and the stairwell leading from the hallway to the living room—with its corresponding ceiling height—the apartment feels significantly larger, making it a true space-saving marvel.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
