This oversized two-bedroom, one-bath home features bright, open interiors anchored by a striking chef’s kitchen with vibrant blue cabinetry, sleek finishes, and a spacious island perfect for gathering. The living area flows seamlessly into a thoughtfully designed layout, complemented by central air, in-unit washer and dryer, and generous closet space throughout. Both bedrooms offer a calm, minimalist retreat with soft natural light, while the spa-inspired bathroom showcases warm wood tones, dual vanities, and elegant brass fixtures for a refined, modern feel.



Step outside to your expansive private backyard, a true highlight of the home. Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, this outdoor space features a hot tub, projector and screen for movie nights, smoker, and a full outdoor kitchen setup. Whether enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, the indoor-outdoor connection creates a seamless, elevated living experience. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located in the heart of Williamsburg, this home places you in one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its mix of trendy cafés, acclaimed restaurants, boutique shopping, and lively nightlife. The area blends historic charm with modern city living, while nearby waterfront parks offer scenic Manhattan skyline views.



Enjoy easy access to public transportation and endless options to dine, explore, and unwind, all while being surrounded by the neighborhood’s creative energy and dynamic atmosphere.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that guests are expected to keep the hot tub clean at all times, avoid bringing beverages near or into the tub, refrain from disposing of cigarette ash in or around the hot tub, and shower before use.



The garden grill is available, please clean after use and do not leave an open flame unattended.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
