The House:<br>This modern, approximately 80 m² townhouse is situated in a quiet location a few meters off the street in the HET KUSTLICHT vacation home park and is accessible via a shell-paved path.<br>The house was completely renovated in 2018.<br><br>The HET KUSTLICHT resort is located behind the dunes on the southern beach of the North Sea. It is about 1 km to the town of Zoutelande and 800 m to the supermarket. A restaurant, including a fast-food outlet, is located in the immediate vicinity. A little further back in the park, there is a playground and a bocce court. A tennis court is also within easy walking distance.<br><br>Zoutelande: <br>Zoutelande is a charming village on the beautiful Walcheren Peninsula. It boasts the only true south-facing beach in the Netherlands and is therefore also known as the “Zeeland Riviera.” According to measurements by an independent national weather service, the weather in Zoutelande is often better than in the rest of the Netherlands. <br><br>The Beach:<br>The beach at Zoutelande is five kilometers long. It is protected by the highest dunes in the region.
