We value your privacy while ensuring you feel fully supported throughout your stay. You’ll be able to self-check in easily with your own private door code, active only during the dates of your reservation.

We’re always just a message away via the Airbnb app and typically respond during normal hours, including weekends. In the rare event that something comes up during your stay, rest assured we’ll address it as quickly and professionally as possible.

The spacious bedroom offers a king bed, blackout shades, and a dedicated workspace, while a second desk workspace with printer in the living room makes this home ideal for remote work or extended stays. A double-sized pull-out bed provides additional sleeping space for guests. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer, central AC/heat, and a smart TV.

Please note: The Marina Pacifica HOA requires a minimum stay of 31 nights. After booking, we’ll request your email to send the required short term lease, HOA rules and regulations, and a move-in form — all of which must be completed prior to check-in.

Our condo follows all local and HOA regulations, which require a minimum stay of 31 days. This ensures a high-quality residential experience and complies with legal standards in Marina Pacifica.

To support a smooth and compliant stay, all guests are required to:

1. Sign a month-to-month lease
2. Review Marina Pacifica’s Rules and Regulations
3. Complete a required Move-In Form provided by the HOA

A $225 HOA management fee is included in your total Airbnb cost (not charged separately). This fee covers HOA administrative processing and provides one parking pass for the reserved garage space.

Pet Policy:
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval only — please include your dog in your booking request. A refundable pet deposit may apply. We kindly ask that dogs not be allowed to relieve themselves on the same level as the condo entrances. Instead, please use the designated dog relief areas or the grassy park area just outside the back gate. Help us keep the community clean and welcoming for all residents and guests.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM to maintain the community’s peaceful environment

- No Parties or Events: This home is intended for peaceful, personal use only

Check-In: After 4 PM
Check-Out: By 10 AM

- Security Cameras: Entry points and shared HOA spaces are monitored for community safety

- 24/7 Gated Security: The Marina Pacifica community is secured with staffed gate access at all times

- Parking: One reserved covered garage parking spaces beneath the condo are included. Garage clearance is 6 ft 9 in—oversized vehicles may not fit. Please confirm your vehicle height and dimensions prior to booking to ensure clearance.

To conveniently enter and exit through the owners' resident gate, the HOA requires a parking sticker to be displayed on each vehicle. Parking stickers are $25 per vehicle, are the responsibility of the guest, and may be purchased directly from the HOA office during normal business hours.

- Additional Parking: Outdoor guest parking is available for short-term use (up to 24 hours). If you require parking beyond the one included space, additional parking options may be available for an additional fee, subject to HOA approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you will need parking for more than one vehicle.

- Elevators & Access: While elevators are available, some walking and stairs may be required within the complex

PLEASE NOTE:

For stays longer than 6 weeks, we require that the property be professionally cleaned by our team at least once every 30 days. These cleanings help maintain the quality of the home and ensure a comfortable experience throughout your stay. Each cleaning will include a full linen refresh and general housekeeping. The cost is not included in the booking total and will be billed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Prior to each scheduled cleaning, we’ll reach out to coordinate a few ideal dates that work with your availability.

Prior to your stay, we require you to sign and agree to our Rental Conditions. We may also require you to complete our Pre-Arrival Form.
