Kitchen/ Dining Room:
The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make mealtime effortless and enjoyable, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full family feast. Featuring modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. It's also stocked with all the essentials—pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware—so you can cook and dine with ease. When it's time to gather, enjoy meals around the dining table with seating for 6, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar with seating for 2. It's the perfect setup for sharing good food, great conversation, and making memories together. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and dishwasher pods are provided.

Indoor Pool Safety Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please review and follow these pool guidelines during your stay:
Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests assume full responsibility while using the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times. Never leave children unattended in or around the pool. An adult (18+) must be present during all pool use.
No diving or running. Pool surfaces may be slippery, so please walk carefully and use caution at all times.
No glass containers or food in the pool area. Help us maintain a safe environment by keeping breakable items away from the water.
No pets are allowed in the pool area at any time.
Please use the pool responsibly. By using the pool, guests acknowledge that property owners and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages related to pool use.
Please follow all posted rules and be respectful of the space to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Unwind in the bubbling hot tub while taking in the fresh mountain air, or fire up the charcoal grill for a laid-back cookout with family and friends. With parking for 3–4 vehicles, there's plenty of room for your whole group to arrive and settle in with ease.

Location/ Roads / Parking:
Accessing this charming cabin is a delightful journey along a scenic, paved road that winds uphill. The route has picturesque views, making the drive by car or motorcycle an enjoyable experience. Once you arrive, you'll find parking available for three to four vehicles. Nestled in a prime location, you're just a 10-minute drive from the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, 20 minutes from the bustling attractions of Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes from the vibrant community of Gatlinburg. Dollar General and Kroger are nearby for your everyday needs. Plus, you'll be just minutes away from the unique offerings of the Wears Valley food truck park and everything downtown Pigeon Forge offers.

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:
4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
Damage Coverage: Covers up to 250-dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the 250-dollars, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
24-hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance at the property, call us, and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
