Cozy 2-room apartment in GREPPON, 2nd floor, approx. 38 m²: Entryway with coat rack. Living/sleeping area with sofa (sleeps 2), table, 2 armchairs, dining area, and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with 4 ceramic burners, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, fondue set, and raclette set. Twin bedroom, balcony. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.

The two Pracondu residences are ideally located in Nendaz, right next to the gondola and the Tracouet ski run (each only about 60 m away); you can ski right down to the house from the run. The center of Nendaz, with all necessary shops, pubs, and restaurants, is just 200 m away. Free parking is available at the residence. Shared sauna (for a fee and according to the schedule). The building features a front desk, an elevator, and a ski storage room with a lockable compartment for each apartment.
The GREPPON apartment we offer is cheerfully and brightly furnished and practically equipped. Cable TV, Wi-Fi (free), balcony, and heated floors. Wood-look vinyl flooring. SMOKING is not permitted in the apartment.

The 4 Vallées in winter: The vast 4 Vallées ski area stretches from the world-famous Verbier ski resort in the west all the way to Les Collons in the east. Its size and diversity—with over 100 lifts and more than 400 km of slopes—make it a true paradise for every skier. The ski area is accessible up to an altitude of 3,328 m and offers slopes of varying difficulty levels suitable for all skiers: from wide “highway runs” to extremely steep mogul runs (including those at Mont-Fort). The area is also very well-known and popular for its many deep-snow slopes and backcountry trails, which, however, are reserved for the “hardcore enthusiasts.” The entire ski area now has excellent artificial snow coverage, which generally ensures access to the various valleys even during winters with less snow.

The 4 Vallées in summer: the area has now also become a true “hotspot” for active visitors during the summer months. In addition to designated mountain bike trails, it has also become a gathering spot for the paragliding community.

The charming resort town of Nendaz, at an altitude of just under 1,400 m, offers an attractive and extensive range of sports, leisure, and entertainment activities in both winter and summer:
In winter, highlights include its strategic location in the heart of the ski area (the ski areas of Les Collons and Verbier are both quickly accessible from here), an 11-km cross-country ski trail, downhill and cross-country ski schools, a ski kindergarten, an artificial ice rink, a fitness center featuring squash and a sauna, among other amenities. There are also many winter hiking and snowshoe trails. For après-ski enthusiasts, there are numerous chalets, bars, cafés, dance clubs, and restaurants. Indoor swimming pool in Sion (17 km).
In summer, it’s very popular thanks to its sunny location. A heated outdoor pool (open mid-June through late August), nearly 300 km of marked hiking trails, marked mountain bike routes (bike rentals available), outdoor tennis courts, and paragliding. In Sion, just under 20 km away, there is a large 18-hole golf course. The vast Lake Geneva, with its numerous water sports options, amusement parks, and the world-famous Montreux Festival venue, is 70 km away; the well-known Grande-Dixence Reservoir is a good 30 km away.
