Unlike a typical condo stay, this private 2,500 sq. ft. Harbor Springs home gives families and groups room to spread out with multiple gathering spaces, a dedicated game room, a private backyard, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests.

Important Details Before Booking
• The bunk room was added to maximize sleeping space and features an exterior door with fire stairs. From inside the home, it is accessed through an upstairs bathroom, creating a pass-through layout. To prioritize safety, interior bathroom locks have been removed to prevent accidental lock-ins. Privacy is maintained with a separating curtain and clear signage to support comfortable shared use.
• The basement includes a private flex room but does not have an egress window, so it is not considered a legal bedroom. It may be used within the 12-guest occupancy limit.
