Scenic condo

Our spacious lodge motif 3 level condo is situated in the formerly known, Little Traverse Bay Golf Club/Hideaway Valley Resort. The golf course closed in 2020 and is now known as OFFIELD FAMILY VIEWLANDS WORKING FOREST RESERVE. The RESERVE features its extraordinary views, along with trails on the site for running, biking, snowshoeing and other recreational activities. The Little Traverse Conservancy protects the natural diversity and beauty of this area. Our condo offers something for all seasons and is ideally located in a serene setting overlooking the Reserve in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and only 5 minutes to beaches and ski resorts, along with a short drive from many UP NORTH communities. The condo offers an outdoor pool , pickle ball courts, basketball court and a tennis court. It is about a 2 minute drive to the pool and courts or a lengthy hilly walk to the pool. .There is also free storage of boats or snowmobiles during your stay at the condo. The condo offers 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, there is a full bathroom on the upper floor for the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
The main floor has a very cozy great room w/fireplace, and flat screen SMART TV so tenants can login with their streaming accounts , such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon etc, The tv has very limited local channels. An ottoman that pulls out into a single bed, a dining room that seats 10 people, and a snack bar . There is a door wall to the deck which has a patio table and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully outfitted, and there is access to the garage and a 1/2 bathroom. The lower level has a laundry room w/washer/dryer. An open area with a sliding door wall to patio. The room also has a 50" flat screen TV . The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa, full bed, along with a queen air mattress.
The condo has a 50 inch Smart tv and wireless internet included along with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors.
