The Nordstrand building is situated in a quiet location right on the popular Göhren Nordstrand beach with its pier.
Various shopping options, such as a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc., are located in the immediate vicinity.





The Nordstrand building is a larger complex with four entrances and approximately 30 vacation apartments.

The apartment comes with a single garage reserved for you—as well as access to a shared bicycle storage room in Entrance A.



Vacation Apartment 5:

This cozy 3-room vacation apartment, with a view of the Baltic Sea from both the living room and the balcony, is laid out as follows: 
Living room with 2 sofas, dining area, and TV; fully equipped separate kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.); one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
 
A single-car garage (height 2.03 m; width 2.75 m) is located directly beneath the house and is reserved for you free of charge.

Linen packages (consisting of bed linens, one bath towel, two hand towels, one bath mat, and one dish towel) can be rented for an additional fee only in advance (before your arrival date) or you may bring your own.
Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available. Wi-Fi is an additional, free service and does not entitle you to a rent reduction in the event of service limitations. (Tourist access—not suitable for downloading or uploading large amounts of data)
 
Please note: For check-outs on Sundays and holidays, a surcharge for final cleaning must be booked in addition.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
