The two bathrooms are newly renovated with fresh finishes,stocked with towels, shampoo,conditioner, body wash and designed to accommodate groups with ease.

**RESORT FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY**

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with resort award winning amenities, and they do require all guests and vehicles entering the property to register ( 3 days in advance ).
These fees are not included in your booking total and are set by the HOA not by AMANTI ESCAPE LODGE.

Fees are as follow :

Per Person & per night Age 6 & up :
Off season $ 2.00
In Season $8.50 (from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend).
In Season $42.50 for 5-7 nights

ALL REGISTRATION MUST BE SUBMITTED 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. If not, you will have to pay an extra expedited processing fee of $100.
Once you've provided all the information needed for your group, I, your host, will handle all the registration ahead of your visit. Failure to provide all the information needed for the registration may result in your booking cancellation.

*All guest (including children) and vehicles ( Maximum of 3 Vehicles MUST be registered 3 days in advance. If you allow unregistered guest on the premises, you will be fined by the community.

*GUESTS AND VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED WILL BE DENIED ENTRY.

*Maximum Vehicles parking 3 (driveway)

*All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver's License in order to access the community.

*You Must be 25 years old to rent.
*NO PARTIES.
*NO PROMS.
*NO 3rd party Reservation.
*NO Parents or other individual are allow to book on behalf of another person or group

*Guests will access the home with a personalized 4 digit code.

*You will have complete access to the entire house (except for the locked owner closets).

*We have a strict cancellation policy. It is our suggestion that if you decline Airbnb's travel insurance, that you acquire insurance through a third party.

Community quiet hours:

Disturbing the peace is prohibited. Quiet hours start Sunday – Thursday at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Garbage:

DO NOT leave food or garbage outside to avoid local wild visitors; Bears are easily attracted by food and garbage.
Dispose of trash ONLY at the Trash & Recycling Center, located behind The Welcome Center (Main Gate)
