Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy
Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM. Because this apartment is in the entertainment district near bars and live music, some evening noise may be heard.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
This apartment has a kitchenette with a portable electric hot plate; it does not have a built-in range or oven. No in-unit washer or dryer is provided.
