Full Bathroom: A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

LOWER LEVEL - BASEMENT
Bedroom: A cozy lower-level retreat with a plush queen-size bed dressed in checkered linens, a wine cooler for evenings in, a Roku TV mounted on an exposed brick wall, a sleek workspace with bar stool, comfortable yellow lounge seating, and ample wardrobe storage. A portable AC unit keeps the room comfortable year-round. Exposed beam ceilings and soft recessed lighting give the space a warm, industrial-chic vibe, great for relaxing or getting work done.

Full Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom featuring a white marble sink, toilet, and sleek glass shower.

Laundry: Laundry area with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, and a stainless steel utility sink for everyday cleaning and garment care.

BACKYARD AND DECK
A spacious and private backyard built for relaxing and gathering, with a cozy fire pit, BBQ grill, and pizza oven, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Lounge chairs and modern accent chairs offer plenty of comfortable seating for groups. Surrounded by tall, lush hedges for privacy, the deck and open patio create a peaceful, inviting outdoor space at any time of day.
