VILLA SAUVAGE – HOUSE RULES
PRE-ARRIVAL REGISTRATION
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all reservations require completion of a brief pre-arrival registration prior to check-in.
This includes:
- Guest verification
- A standard rental agreement and safety acknowledgment
- A refundable security hold for incidentals
- A temporary security hold of $1000 will be placed prior to arrival and automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.
Check-in instructions and access details will be provided once this step is completed.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow the rules below.

OCCUPANCY & VISITORS
Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. A limited number of daytime visitors are allowed with prior approval. The total number of people on the property at any time may not exceed 14 guests without approval. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

NO PETS
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

POOL & WATERFRONT SAFETY
Use of the pool, spa, and waterfront areas is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times. Do not tamper with or disable any safety devices, including pool alarms. No diving or unsafe behavior in or around the pool.

PROPERTY CARE
This is a professionally maintained luxury home—please treat all furnishings, finishes, and amenities with care. Do not move indoor furniture outside. Please report any damage or issues promptly.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras monitor entry points for safety and property protection.
There are no cameras inside the home.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Please adhere to scheduled check-in and check-out times unless otherwise approved.
Late check-out may result in additional charges.

PARKING
Park only in designated driveway areas.
Do not block sidewalks or neighboring properties.

TRASH & CLEANLINESS
Dispose of trash in designated bins. Trash must be placed out Sunday evening or before 6:00 AM on Monday. Excessive mess or additional cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in additional charges.

MAINTENANCE & ACCESS
We reserve the right to access the property if necessary for maintenance, safety, or emergency situations, with reasonable notice when possible.

ENFORCEMENT
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, or additional costs incurred during their stay.
