Its elevated location provides fresh breezes, privacy, and beautiful views of the town, yard, and a distant view of the sea.

Kitchen & dining
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, utensils, and essentials for preparing meals. The large and airy dining area offers plenty of space for guests to gather and enjoy meals together.

Outdoor spaces
Guests can enjoy a spacious rear balcony with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The backyard also includes a BBQ area. Please note that access to the backyard is by a grassy slope on the left side of the house, so guests should use caution, especially at night. Solar lights are available, but there is currently no full lighting in the backyard.

Parking
Private on-site parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

For added convenience, the home also features a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and storage area.

Important notes
Two closets will remain locked for host supplies and cleaning items. Guests will have access to the rest of the property.
