The Space - This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open living room features a large picture window with breathtaking ocean views, filling the space with natural light and a calming coastal vibe. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals while listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze from your private balcony.

Bedroom 3: Twin bed + bunk bed (full bottom/twin top)

**Power Notes**
In Puerto Rico, power outages are part of island life—our battery backup will keep lights, fridge, fans, and TV going. However, to conserve power during outages, some equipment must be turned off, including the air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. Please note that, due to occasional issues with the island’s electrical grid, short power interruptions may still occur even with the solar system installed. We work hard to keep power reliable, but we cannot always guarantee uninterrupted electricity.

**Other Notes**
1. Only the three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
2. Parking is available for 2 vehicles only.
3. A starter supply of toilet paper and shampoo is provided for the first 3 days of your stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. A local store is nearby, or Walmart is available along the drive to the house
4. Guests are required to review and accept our Short-Term Rental Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the booking, guests agree to all house rules and policies outlined in this agreement.
