As you arrive, you’ll find convenient driveway and garage parking and easy access into the home, where the lower level welcomes you with two comfortable guest bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed—perfect for a restful night after a day of Tahoe adventure. A full bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and spacious gathering area where the kitchen, dining space, and living room come together under high ceilings to create an inviting atmosphere for spending time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, while the comfortable living area provides the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
Step outside onto the upstairs deck where you’ll find a private hot tub—ideal for soaking under the stars after a day on the lake, hiking nearby trails, or skiing in the winter months.
Also located on the upper level is the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed, along with a cozy bunk room offering a twin-over-full bunk that’s perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bath is located on this level as well.
For even more entertainment, the second bay of the garage has been transformed into a fun-filled game room. Here you’ll find a pool table, life-size games, and a variety of activities that make it easy to keep everyone entertained, no matter the season.
