The aparment was well equipped with all that you could need. However, the garage arrangements were not suitable for anything but a small or at best medium sized car. Also, although the flat was well appointed the two sofas were in a very poor state and let the place down..

We’re glad you felt our apartment had everything you needed (including AC in every room, new large flat screen TV with streaming/satellite, WiFi, new washer dryer, parking,...). As our past guest ratings show, we always aim for 10/10. After a busy season or two, the couches may have some cosmetic wear in spots, but their structure and comfort has been still good. Sorry if this was an issue for you. We’re also happy we could find you an alternative parking spot in the building that worked better for your car. Thanks for all your comments - we’re always using guest feedback to make improvements. With best wishes, Owner

Great flat, you should go!

We really enjoyed staying in this nice, bright flat. It has everything you need, is really central yet not noisy at all. Communication was easy and friendly, just as you'd want it to be. If we go back to Antibes, we'll stay here again. Many thanks.

Antibes family holiday

We stayed at the apartment on our first family holiday with our two young daughters. The whole stay was fantastic! Firstly, the apartment itself has everything that you could possibly need and it is in a great location (near the train station, beach and central Antibes). Richard and Gail were very helpful in the build up to our visit and also for the duration of our trip. If we went back to Antibes we would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Magnificent appartment near the old part of the city which is perfect for a family

Lived for a two month long period in winter. It is very near the historical sites like Fort Carre and the harbour which is only five minutes away. The appartment is very sunny and comfortable for a family with a view of Cap d'Antibes. Many thanks to Gail and Richard for their kindness and availability.

Great apartment

We had a beautiful time in this apartment and truly enjoyed our holiday. The location couldn’t have been any better since it only takes a few minutes to reach the Old Town on foot and one can easily walk to the beaches of Antibes. The apartment is clean and very comfortable and also offered enough space for our family. Whenever we wanted to visit other cities like Cannes or Nice, we could easily walk to the train station. We highly recommend this apartment!

So disappointing !!

The building works to the front and rear of this apartment make it not fit for purpose at the moment. We arrived on a Sunday to see from the balcony four large cranes to the front of the property and a large JCB digger to the rear. Work commenced on Monday morning at 7.30am on both sites . On Tuesday it got worse when the building immediately to the front of the apartment was literally demolished !! We spent as little time in the apartment as was possible getting up when the workmen started work and only returning after 6pm when they had finished. Richard and Gail remain very friendly and the apartment itself lives up to previous reviews - although it does lack air conditioning in the bedrooms . At the moment though it should not be rented to guests.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We're sorry to hear you had some issues with daytime work going on during your stay. Despite the issues, we are glad you found that the overall apartment lives up to the 4-to-5 star reviews and that our property hosts Gail and Richard were as helpful as ever. The center of Old Antibes is indeed being revitalized and beautified and, in this case, some of the new work is nearby to us. As you mentioned some work began very recently, and we are now sharing the status with new prospective guests. Thank you for review and feedback.

Well equipped, good sized, centrally located flat.

Short distance from everything in Antibes. Sometimes this is an advantage, occasionally a disadvantage. Car parking was a bit tight. Contact with the managers was OK and they were there to help (the bottle of wine in the fridge was a very welcome touch). The flat was well equipped with good quality furnishings and kitchen equipment. Easy to find for the restaurant delivery guys (1800 curfew and no restaurants were open whilst we were here but that wasn't a problem). Not noisy despite the location and local building work. Easy to get to local walks around the town and locality.
