The original character of the former mill was deliberately preserved to maintain the nostalgic rural atmosphere.

The house is a standalone property, situated in a quiet location about 300 m outside the small village of Ober Kostenz, surrounded by green meadows.
Wooden floorboards, carefully selected furniture, an old cast-iron stove, and a French country-style kitchen create a cozy atmosphere.
From the living-dining area, a large covered balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning.
There are two bedrooms, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor.
The entire property is fenced in and, at nearly 1,000 m², is a dream for families with children.
Relax in the garden among hydrangeas and fragrant roses and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The mill is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides.

Just 20 km away by car are the UNESCO World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley and the famously beautiful Moselle Valley, with its numerous castles, fortresses, and palaces just waiting to be explored.

The highest peak in the Hunsrück, the Erbeskopf (816 m) in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park, is worth a visit in both summer and winter.

Kirchberg—the town on the mountain with its historic market square—is just under 10 minutes away by car. It can also be reached by bike through forests and meadows in about 20 minutes.
In addition to cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, the town also features an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a climbing gym with a fitness center, and a tennis court.
A doctor’s office, pharmacy, and grocery stores are also located here.

You can reach your vacation destination via the well-connected B50 expressway, which is only about 5 km away.
