Enjoying comfort on the North Sea coast! (EV45)

The bungalow park ‘Eb en Vloed’ has 73 detached bungalows scattered throughout the park, on tree-lined lawns. The park is located 7 minutes by bike from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee! The ‘Vlothuys’ (bungalow 45) is the pearl of the park!  Beautifully renovated, for example made bigger by a lovely extension and equipped with all conveniences. Moreover, it is in a lovely spot with lots of privacy.

Living room with open kitchen
The spacious living room has a large sofa and comfortable armchair, television and cabinet. The open-plan kitchen has a large table (extendable) with doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen is complete and equipped: hob with extractor hood, combi oven-microwave, Grohe Red boiling water tap (gives both hot and boiling water) and spacious fridge with freezer compartment. There are plenty of pans and other kitchen utensils, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.

Three bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-size bed 1.80 m wide with two comfortable, high-quality Emma mattresses (left is ‘hard’, right is ‘medium’) The bedroom has a cupboard to store clothes.

The second bedroom has two box-spring beds 80 cm wide and 2 metres long. These can be pushed together to make a 1.60-metre double bed. There is a tall wardrobe for clothes.

The children's bedroom contains a bunk bed with beds 90 cm wide and 1.85 metres long. There is a low wardrobe in this bedroom.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle and washbasin with mirror. The toilet is in a separate room next to the bathroom.

Garden and terrace
From the living room you can enter the lovely spacious garden with various garden furniture through the French doors. The house is surrounded by a large garden, bordered on two sides by a wind hedge. There is a trampoline in the garden. In the garden box next to the house you will find garden chairs and a hammock. The bungalow is located at the back of the park. This allows you to enjoy peace and privacy. In spring, you can enjoy the blooming and fragrant bulb fields around the park.

Pets
Your pet (max.1) is welcome. Although the garden is not fully fenced, you can request a FREE fencing net (15m x 0.90m) from us. This allows you to cordon off part of the garden for your dog.

Extra

The whole bungalow is heated by underfloor heating. 

The washing machine + dryer is neatly hidden in a cupboard and can of course be used. Parking right by the bungalow.

Digital TV + Netflix

All windows have a mosquito net.

It is a non-smoking house

Eb & Vloed is a family park and therefore this bungalow is only rented to families and couples, groups are unfortunately not welcome. Furthermore, complete silence must be observed in the park between 10pm and 8am.
