The Space:

Living area: The open-concept living room offers comfortable seating and an inviting fireplace, creating a cozy place to unwind after exploring Prescott. Warm wood tones and cabin-inspired furnishings give the space a relaxed mountain atmosphere.



Kitchen and dining: The kitchen features wood cabinetry, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar for morning coffee or casual meals. Everyday appliances, cookware, and dining essentials are provided for convenient meal preparation.



Bedrooms and loft: Two bedrooms and three beds provide sleeping space for up to five guests. A spiral staircase leads to the loft, adding extra space and distinctive cabin charm.



Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms make the layout convenient for families, couples, or a small group of friends. Towels and essential bath amenities are provided.



Outdoor space: Step outside to enjoy the furnished deck, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings. The fenced yard offers a convenient outdoor area for guests traveling with a dog, while the quiet setting creates excellent opportunities for stargazing.

The cabin feels peacefully removed from town, yet Prescott’s restaurants, shops, attractions, and everyday conveniences are approximately a 10-minute drive away.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin, including both bedrooms, the loft, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, deck, and fenced yard. Check-in and property access instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is located in a quiet setting outside central Prescott, offering open skies, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful nighttime stargazing. Although the property feels tucked away, downtown restaurants, shops, groceries, and local attractions are approximately 10 minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for reaching the cabin and exploring the Prescott area. Downtown, lakes, hiking trails, and other attractions are accessible by car. Roads may be dark at night, and seasonal rain, snow, or ice can affect local driving conditions, so guests should check the forecast and plan accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

The cabin accommodates a maximum of five guests across three beds. Access to the loft is by a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or young children without close supervision.



Pets are welcome with prior notice and applicable fees. Although the yard is fenced, guests remain responsible for supervising their pets and confirming that the enclosure is suitable for their animal. Please include all guests and pets when booking. Parties and events are not permitted.
