Phoenix East 804 is a comfortable and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo designed to accommodate up to 10 guests—perfect for families or groups visiting Orange Beach.

The living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a sofa, two chairs, a flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a private Gulf-front balcony. Natural light fills the space, creating a relaxing coastal atmosphere throughout.

Step outside to the balcony to enjoy beautiful Gulf views and fresh ocean air. With a chaise lounge and outdoor dining table, it’s the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

The dining area includes seating for six, plus two bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional space. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample cabinet space, white appliances, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, tub/sher combination, and a separate water closet for added privacy.

The guest bedroom is ideal for larger groups, offering two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top, along with a flat-screen TV. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located nearby.

Guests will enjoy resort-style amenities including beach access, an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball court, fitness center, and grilling area—everything you need for a fun and relaxing Gulf Coast getaway.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes may be purchased before arrival or onsite and are valid for your stay. Please display your pass clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times.
