The Space:

The new cabin is a perfect blend of nostalgia, comfort and luxury. You enter into the living room from the front porch.

Full Kitchen - Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Sink, lots of counter space for more than one chef. Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



There is a lot of outdoor patio space to spread out and enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils and ready for you to prepare great meals. It also has Smart TVs and Wi-Fi included.



Children & Pets Welcome



Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome at our property! Please keep in mind that this is a beautiful, natural Ozark setting with steep drop-offs, uneven terrain, and limited flat outdoor space. There is not a large yard or much area for children or dogs to run and play, so families should use extra caution and supervise children and pets at all times. This property may not be the best fit for families with young children or pets who need a lot of space to roam.



Dog Rules

• Dogs only — maximum of 2 dogs, under 90 lbs. each

• Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention

• Please keep dogs off furniture and beds

• Dogs must be crated when left unattended

• Potty breaks are outside only, and please pick up after your dog

Guest Access:

The home is a contactless check-in. You will have access to the entire home.

There are three cabins on the property, each intentionally built for privacy and relaxation.



The Neighborhood:

Less than 5 Minutes from Opera in the Ozarks and Inspiration Point Fine Art Center. A wonderful location, 20 minutes from Eureka Springs with all its great restaurants, shops, shows and music. It is 50 minutes from Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art, which houses the largest collection of American Art in the United States and which is a destination for art lovers from around the world. Branson, MO and Silver Dollar City are an hour away. Or you can stay closer to home and enjoy the Ozark views and the White River at the nearby public access or renting a boat at Starkey Marina on Beaver Lake. You can hike or mountain bike at Lake Leatherwood, also a short distance away. Fish or swim in beautiful Beaver Lake or try your hand at catching trout or walleye on the great White River fishery just minutes from the home. Lots to do and enjoy.



Other Things to Note:

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.



Interaction with Guests:

This home is a self check in home. You will receive the instructions three days prior to your arrival.

We are available by phone or messaging during your stay. We will reply to messaging from 6 am to 8pm but we are available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
